Not impressed
Spectacles were fine, unfortunately the promise of next day delivery even at the weekend didn't materialize. Paid a premium price for specs ordered before cutoff time on a Saturday, specs didn't arrive til late Tuesday afternoon. Not impressed.

Kindly note that your prescription glasses have been dispatched on the same day they were ordered and sent outf or next day weekend delivery as per our promised timescales.
On this rare occasion however, our courier, DPD Local has let us down, and delays on their end has led to this so please accept our sincerest apologies on this.
We have refunded monies for next day weekend delivery back to you as a result, we hope this helps serves to resolve.

Great quick service
The price was high but at the same time they sorted me out quick, I had my glasses the next day and they worked perfectly and when I messaged customer service on WhatsApp I had a response within minuets. If I'm ever in a situation for glasses quick again I'll go here 100% 4 stars is for price apart from that perfect service. Edit I read the reply and seen it was reasonable and changed to 5 star. Thabk you specs maybe I thought to harshly about price your provided a good service

All our frames are high quality metals and plastic and they start from £29.99. You have opted for frames and lenses costing £51.99. We don't think this is unreasonable for a good quality frames and includes your prescription lenses. Guaranteed next day delivery is £8.99 but this is beyond our control, these monies are paid to the courier to deliver an express service.

Life saver !
High street glasses ordered £420 . Then told 3 weeks wait after been told 6 to 10 days before I payed. When home can’t cope three weeks went online ordered a pair came next day . At a quarter of the price . Too late to cancel high street glasses ,expensive lesson learned. Would recommend this company to every spectacle wearer . Bang on in every way . 5*

Ordered at 1.00pm, arrived at 1.30 the following day, so as good as their word. Lost my glasses, so needed them urgently and temporarily while waiting for my new prescription glasses, so they filled the gap.

Good Service and simple to use
Very easy to use, enter the prescription amd choose glasses and delivery was next day which was great as my son was starting college and had lost his and it was going to be 10 days from the opticians.

Kindly note that all orders before 2 pm are dispatched the same day for next day delivery. This is boldly and clearly advertised on our website. You have placed an order on the 31st August at almost 4 pm. This means it will be dispatched on the 1st of September for you to receive on the 2nd of September. I have checked the tracking and indeed you have received your glasses on the 2nd September. Therefore you have received your parcel on time and as per our advert. Based on this we feel your review is very unfair and harsh considering the level of service we provide and at such a low cost.
We would appreciate it if you can take the above into account and change your review to an honest review that reflects our service.

Fast turnaround? I was doubtful, but yes!
I broke my glasses and needed a new pair urgently as I was going away on holiday. Having had to wait around 4 weeks for other online spec-makers I was doubtful of the fast turnaround time offered. Yet, they arrived on time and with very high quality. The price remains extremely competitive so I will be using them again.
