Life savers! Went down with an eye infection before a big holiday so needed prescription sunnies and these were perfect. Made the same day I ordered them, even for a strong prescription, and came the next day :)

Having discovered I couldn’t find my pair of prescription sunglasses 3 days before we left the country, I ordered on a Wednesday evening after the next day cut off and they arrived on the Friday morning! I had a query about my order and customer service replied within minutes. I’m really pleased with the sunglasses too, they are really good quality and come in a lovely little case, will definitely be using next day spex again when I need some new glasses 😊

I needed a pair of glasses to wear on hoilday in Canada, having broke mine 6 days before flying.
The site was easy to navigate,and I was albe to scan my prescription easily.
The glasses came 2 days after ordering, 2 full days before my flight..excellent stuff!
HOWEVER, the pair I ordered were labelled as large ( my normal size), the pair I received were the style I ordered, but (unless my head has grown in the last 6 months) these are not large size glasses.
Disappointed 😞

POSTSCRIPT....
Four hours after posting the above, I received an email from Yorgo from Next Day Spex admitting their mistake in labeling the medium glasses I received as large on their website.
They have kindly allowed me to keep the present (medium) pair, whiles replacing them with my choice of a large pair of similar value.
Bloody good service if you ask me, and I have subsequently changed my review from two stars to four. One deducted for the original mistake.

Outstanding service. I contacted Next Day Spex after another glasses retailer let me down by sending a pair of sunglasses with the incorrect prescription just before my holiday! The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and said they would be able to send me prescription sunglasses by the next day, despite me being a little past the cut of time. True to word, I received a message to say the glasses were on their way a few hours later and received them the very next morning! 20hrs in total from me ordering them to receiving them. The glasses are lovely and seem good quality. Honestly an outstanding service and I will get all of my glasses from here from now on!

We had great advice and the advisor helped us submit the required information and suggested a good alternative when our first choice was out of stock.

So impressed! Needed prescription sunglasses asap for my holiday and Next Day Spex called me back on the weekend to let me know I’d get my glasses asap. Ordered yesterday and they were delivered in less than 24 hours. Glasses are high quality and crystal clear lenses and very thin!

Edit in response to you reply: The 4 stars (rather than 5) was because I ordered next day express delivery (on a Friday before 2pm) and because of the bank holiday it came on the next working day instead (4 days later) which was a little too late as we were travelling. I was advised it was the courier that didn’t work on a bank holiday even though Next day Specs did. Would still use again.

Very quick service despite it being bank holiday. Lovely glasses and I was surprised that they fit perfectly - the ‘selfie’ pupil distance method really works.

There was nothing great! The package arrived 2 days late, the product badly packed and the box broken.
It was wrong by next day spex to use the delivery company.

New glasses delivered next day as promised. Amazing service. I was travelling on business and lost a lens from my existing glasses. Having placed a call to my optometrist overseas I had the prescription details, used the "try them on function" decided on a pair of frames which were delivered to my hotel the next day. Even the shipping and delivery messaging was above and beyond expectation. Thank you.
