Fast service and good frames that seem to be sturdier than leading brands.

I ordered two pairs of glasses with to be honest more than a little trepidation fearing that at best it would be just OK, however, within 24hrs the glasses were in my possession and exceeding my expectations. Exceptional service and super value for money. All in all probably my most successful net based purchase - thanks to those involved.

Excellent service, managed to break my glasses after a couple of glasses of Christmas juice. Meaning I needed a new pair very quickly as I was going away a few days after. Delivery was within 48hrs and considering it was Christmas time and Royal Mail were on strike I thought was exceptional.

i was absolute desperate for some glasses after i left mine and needed to drive ! Great price for the glasses, great communication with them when i was worried about a next day delivery for a Sunday delivery. Glasses arrived by 2pm on the Sunday from DHL so very happy!

This is the 1st time I have bought glasses online and I was very impressed with service. The online chat was immediate response and answered my questions while I ordered. The next day delivery came within the hour slot which was emailed to me prior to arrival. I was particularly impressed with the guy who called me the day I ordered. He asked if I was aware that I had ordered one pair of small frames and one pair of extra large. He then amended my order as I hadn't realised. Thank you Next Day Spex. Superb service

I ordered a prescription pair for my son who is at Uni in the US. The frames and lens were £59 and I paid £5 and got an extra pair included. My son was desperate as he had broke his own glasses but they arrived the next day by 12 o clock as promised. I shipped them to my son by Fed Ex to arrive quicker that the pair he ordered in the US three weeks ago (that never arrived)! The quality was exactly the same as the designer frames he broke without the logo. Absolutely faultless service and quality product.
