Leigh showed us the show flat and was very informative throughout. She helped with all our questions and gave a great overview of shared ownership

These processes are very complicated, but the sales agent, Priyesh was very attentive in replying to queries or directing me to the right contacts. He and Marco were always available for viewings, and Priyesh and Steven ensured everything was set up for moving-in day. They think of everything and welcome you on the day, as well as check that everything is in order.

Moved into a new build with EV charging points. Great!

Right?

No, not great. They are not available to use and the residential management team lie, do not respond and just ignore your emails altogether.

Shocking, considering this service was advertised within the sales brochure and we were told the service is available to use when we move in.

It was our first property purchase from NHG and we have to thank the sale staff Iram Malik who was knowledgeable and helpful through out the purchase period. We view the property on January and move in late March.
Moving in the property we have a few things that isnt working. The manager Philip is currently getting ontop of the issue.

Leigh has been excellent on my Royal Albert Wharf purchase so far. She has been responsive to all of my questions and kindly arranged a second viewing for me at relatively short notice.

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly supportive, professional, and efficient. Priyesh, the Sales Executive, was instrumental in guiding me through the initial stages. He was always approachable, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain all steps of the process.

I attended a viewing at Lampton Parkside with my Mum and had a really positive experience from the start. Before we actually viewed the apartment, we were warmly welcomed by Shreya, who was friendly and professional throughout. She gave us a clear and detailed explanation of the process and also showed us a 3D model of the building, which really helped us visualise the development.

Many people reading this will be first-time buyers like me, so I want to clarify that what I am writing about NHG is my genuine, honest experience.
I mostly interacted with Shreya and later on in the process Jack. Shreya knows everything about the properties - her knowledge is great and she's generally good on comms. There were a few occasions where responses felt slow but one would imagine she was dealing with a lot of clients. Shreya was attentive, accommodating and is the perfect ambassador for NHG. I'm grateful to her for facilitating this daunting process so smoothly. Jack is great - I've only spoken with him over the phone but he has strong people skills and warm energy. He also has a great sense of urgency and was mostly easy to get hold of.
Overall I had a great experience with NHG and would gladly go through this process again!

Issuing £100 fines for driving through a new build owned by this company. No signage mentioning this at all. If this is how they treat prospective buyers I’d steer well clear of them.
