disappointing organisation and communication
Although the staff have been lovely and friendly, the overall experience has felt quite disorganised, with very little forward planning or proactive communication.
I was never contacted to arrange my second titration appointment, which meant several follow-up contacts from me and eventually spending 30 minutes on hold, only to be offered an appointment for the very next day. This makes it feel more like a lack of organisation and communication than appointment availability or overwhelming demand.
Unfortunately, this lack of planning left me running low on medication and feeling unnecessarily anxious about maintaining continuity with my treatment. It’s disappointing, particularly when medication titration is already a process that can feel quite daunting.

I can't express how terrible this company is! After being prescribed, medication and having it run out and have no contact from them for over a month, to then be built back up to a dose that worked. Then to be left again with no medication or check-up for another month. Still waiting on contact! beyond frustrated! This is a real cowboy operation be very cautious!
I have been messed about and been…
I have been messed about and been waiting since July from when I was told I was suitable for medication. I have been getting short emails with one or two questions then being left for months after I have replied. I have sent several messages.in between the.emails telling them i have been struggling and have not felt any sence if urgency from them. The communication is shocking and I urge if you need help please don't choose this provider

Salome Anya- I honestly cannot thank you enough for the support and understanding you showed throughout my assessment. You made me feel listened to, comfortable and never once made me feel judged. After what has been a long journey of trying to understand myself, finally having answers means more than I can put into words. I am so grateful for the time, patience and compassion you showed me. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through this process. Thank you so much!
NHS patients treated as low priority - we have been waiting 18 months
My daughter was referred under the right to choose pathway in May 2025. We chose Care ADHD, as it then was, because they advertised that the entire process would be complete within three months. She obtained her diagnosis that year. We are still waiting for the appointment in which she will be given the medication 18 months later. After filling in multiple forms, many twice. We have written to chase the appointment on a few occasions and all we receive back is an automated reply asking us not to contact them because it will slow down their ability to process patients, followed by a two line apology asking us to keep to stay patient and keep waiting. It is absolutely disgraceful. I can only assume they prioritise private patients.
I felt listened to
I felt listened to, and understood. Mohammad explained everything and answered any questions I had. For the first time in my life my mind is somewhat quiet
My only slight criticism is when I was meant to be called by the booking team (twice) through out the process to book appointments, no one got in touch.
But thank you so much Mohammad for everything

Fail to make follow up appointments so you end up running out of medication then when you finally get an appointment they take ages to send across your prescription to the chemist and then the chemist takes its time to send the medication therefore your without vital medication for over a week!!! Complete incompetence!!!!

Quick Assessment, false advertising Titration.
My assessment with Care ADHD/Noodle on 7 May was quick and the diagnosis letter followed within a week. My titration request was acknowledged on 15 May. The forms weren't sent to me until 24 September, which is 20 weeks after my assessment and 19 weeks after my request was acknowledged.
I chose Care ADHD partly because of the short wait times listed for Right to Choose providers at the time - 4-8 weeks to begin titration. I have since been told the wait starts once forms are completed. Even if that was stated somewhere, nothing made clear the forms could take months to arrive. The estimated processing time on their website kept changing until eventually they removed the estimate entirely. Your website now says titration starts within 3 months of forms being received, which for me means around Christmas Eve, more than 7 months after my diagnosis.
I've been left feeling as though I've been forgotten about, and that I've been missold on false promises. The uncertainty is very difficult to sit with, and my symptoms are deteriorating whilst still waiting.

From the start of my journey from being diagnosed with ADHD, your team have been helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely supportive. Each step of the way I’ve been supported and valued and the medication I received has been life changing in such a positive way. Thank you to all the team kindest regards, Michael.

Long wait
I don’t know why everyone else seems to be getting this impeccable service of a small wait time, I’ve waited 4 months to hear back about tritiation, making the process 7 months due to the 3 month wait time for diagnosis. I sent emails with no response, so opted for the chatbot who just gave me the response of waiting potentially 9 months!? (for the record I’ve been waiting since July and it’s November)I’m going through this process because my symptoms have significantly worsened over the course of my life and I’m trying to have a fighting chance in getting an education but by the time they will respond I would be graduating (lets see if i even make it). It’s pretty useless, and now they’ve changed to noodle and have made me redo the whole tritiation process which makes me believe they’ve lost my information. Disappointing. If I am mistaken I would love a response as the information given even says that the wait times for each step should be 3 months at the lengthiest.

Still awaiting medication over a year later
Had my assessment sept 2025, that was great but then I received my report back that had clearly been mixed in with someone else’s report had things on there that were in no way relevant to me in anyway not just minor things but major things. Managed to get this sorted in the end after the major stress. It’s now November 2026 and I’ve still not received my appointment for my medication!!! Absolutely appalling, emailed and just get a general response no use at all

Extremely disappointing experience – I would not recommend
We chose CARE ADHD (now rebranded as Noodle) through Right to Choose in May 2026, having been advised that the waiting time was approximately four weeks.
That four-week estimate couldn’t have been further from reality.
It took until July for us to even receive the initial forms to complete. From that point onwards, I have had to repeatedly chase for updates and progress. My 7 year old son eventually had his assessment in mid-October, only after I specifically requested that he be prioritised due to the significant difficulties he was experiencing.
His assessment took place on 13th October, and we were notified of the outcome on 20th October. We were told that support would be available immediately, and that his assessment report would be provided by the end of October.
Neither of these things have happened.
Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, including urgent requests for information about accessing the promised support and progressing towards medication titration, we have been left chasing yet again. We were subsequently advised that he would need to complete a 10–12 week support programme before progressing down the medication pathway. However, even two weeks after being given this information, we still haven’t been provided with access to the programme or any details about how to get started.
I have repeatedly explained just how much my son is struggling and how important it is that he receives appropriate support. Unfortunately, it feels as though these concerns are simply falling on deaf ears.
The entire experience has been characterised by delays, a lack of communication and having to constantly chase for information that should be provided as part of the service.
I appreciate that assessment waiting lists can change and that there may be pressures on services. However, advertising a four-week wait, taking months to reach the assessment stage, and then failing to deliver the promised report and support following diagnosis is simply unacceptable.
Families accessing these services are often doing so because their children are already struggling significantly. We shouldn’t have to spend months chasing a provider just to access the support our children have been assessed as needing.
A diagnosis is not the finish line. It should be the start of getting a child the help they need.
Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
