Do not buy from the company. They sell very poor quality clothes made in China. They do not offer a return service. Even after sending the goods back to China at my expense, they were returned to me as I'm sure they gave me a non existent address. They have not fulfilled their offer to refund me 20% of the originals fee.
The are not a genuine trustworthy company.

They have continued to charge my credit card for a subscription even though we never signed up for it or agreed to it. After calling them and having them confirm that they canceled it and will not charge us again, they have continued to do so.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Products are poor quality and the sizes do nowhere near match
Delivery is awful and full of empty promises
They are not located in your country they are based in China only! and all returns have to go back there at a huge cost which they know and even if you return the likelihood of you getting your money back are negligible
The returns policy is based on an offer up to 50% refund without having to return the goods - this is money laundering at best
My bank are investigating them

Not a great experience. Quality is poor in comparison to price and trying to return items from UK is expensive, complicated and will be likely rejected by customs anyway (as was my experience after paying £22 in postage). I won’t buy again.

Purchased cargo pants for $50 because they looked great in the pics they had but when I received them they were rubbish. I bought pretty much the same item from another outlet for $6.50 which is what these pants would be worth. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Please do not purchase anything from Nouvar. They are nothing but scams They send poor quality items. Dont follow through with refund policies

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would have - doesn’t deserve the 1 star I had to give!
Ordered 3 satin blouses for £93 on 3rd Sept which I received on the 22nd. The quality was so poor that I immediately contacted Nouvar to start the return process. I was offered a 10% refund and keep the items, which was naturally rejected and I was advised that I would have to return the items to China at my own expense. I was also advised that the return process was very long, so l returned them on the 23rd at a cost of £22.50. I continually tracked the package and it sat in Customs in China for weeks. I contacted Olivia Carter AGAIN and she quickly replied offering me a 30% refund ‘as a gesture of good will’ (what a joke!) which I again refused and advised them I would be taking the matter further to which I received no response. I contacted Barclaycard and received my money back. I am still however out of pocket £22.50 (and a lot of wasted time but you live and learn)! Had I of checked their reviews first I would not have ordered - their reviews are appallingly!! They advertise quality items but what you see and what you receive are two entirely different products.

I would not have even provided 1 star. Unfortunately the reviews are all correct, this is a scam company. I spent £160 and all items were not as pictured. Very poor quality. When I raised it the company said that they would give me store credit or give me 20% refund for keeping the clothes. The issue was that the clothes were so bad and I could never think about wearing any of them. I decided to ship them back to to China (which I was shocked at when I found that this was where I needed to ship too), the parcel has been held at customs for months because it's waiting to hear from the warehouse. I have asked Nouvar to refund me the whole amount but they are refusing.
The same pictures appear to be on other sites so I assume these are also scam websites.

I strongly advise people to be careful when ordering from Nouvar. The items shown on their website are misleading. The sizes are incorrect, and the quality is completely different from what is shown and described online. The products I received do not match the pictures or descriptions on the website.

I have tried many times to contact the company by email to request a refund, but each time they responded with different excuses and have still not returned my money. The amount is £55, and it has now been several months without any proper resolution.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected a professional response and fair treatment as a customer, but unfortunately this has not been the case. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I received an item that was not as described — the quality, colour, and design didn’t match the website. NOUVAR.com refused a full refund, offering store credit, a 10% partial refund, or a return to China at my own expense. Under UK law, I should have been entitled to a full refund. I would not recommend buying from them.

After purchasing a dress for a wedding of which I paid $80 for the workmanship was disgusting and very poor ,I would not recommend Navior to anyone, avoid they they are a rip-off.

Bought the anti theft backpack which looks great on the site and claims to be leather. This is a flimsy cheap fake “leather” lookalike and it absolutely stinks - that disgusting fishy smell and I cannot get the smell out. Sadly this renders the bag unusable.

Absolutely disgusting service. I purchased a coat but never received it. I have not had any proper communication or resolution regarding my order. This feels like a scam, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

Total scam! DO NOT BUY! My wife paid $300 for clothing, supposedly linen. Items were cheap and tacky, not linen and looked like Temu. Requested refund sent items by post with tracking number and “never arrived” they then offered 30% refund. Upsetting! Rated no stars!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I so wish I had read the reviews before I bought from these charlatans. Cheap Chinese rubbish tarted up as quality. They send the wrong item, you have to pay for returns, to CHINA, then they declare the item never arrived despite it being tracked as arrived. I’m sort of glad not to be the only one with a very similar experience as you think you are going mad dealing with their customer “service”. This has been ongoing since early December and still no resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Update - order 5801. No refund received yet and all they say is well we have paid it and here is proof of it leaving our account. Well I had proof of my returned item arriving back with you and you wouldn’t accept that. What a bunch of idiots. Refund now

Absolutely disgusting, Fortunately we pair through PayPal so got a full refund. Talk about scammers, I should have read reviews first before dealing with this scamming company. Quality of "Silk PJ's" was rubbish, not silk at all and quality was a minus 1 star...

Quality leather bag was cheap and flimsy. Doesn’t seem like leather at all. Ripped on second use. Very disappointing, I feel completely conned.

Had a lovely handbag given to me for Christmas but the zip broke the first time I used it. Tried to get it replaced, but they wouldn't! Even offered me 25% off my next purchase!!! Having read the other reviews, I see i shouldn't be surprised! Very disappointing!
