Helpful friendly and efficient support
All staff I spoke to today were helpful, friendly and efficient. I had some issues with membership login which were managed effectively. Sometimes technical issues can be stressful but this was a totally stress free experience :). Thank you.

You need them, or very similar
In the Private Rental Sector is demanding and increasingly risky. You need support on a huge variety of issues. And NRLA seeking to give it without costing a fortune. Yes, I am an NRLA member and predecessor bodies. But I have been members of other professional bodies (CIMA, CIPD, AUA, IBG). NRLA the best of this bunch. Jaunty in style (try the podcasts). Good advocates but understanding Realpolitik. A source of essential information and templates. And a helpline to stop pulling out the last of your hair. If you want to help your tenants as well as help your mental health and financial risks - you need them. Or something very similar.

It’s my 2nd year being member of NRLA.
It’s my 2nd year being member of NRLA.
I feel it worth every penny. On my first year join NRLA, I also paid the landlord course that NRLA offer, I learnt rules to be law compliant as a landlord, then something happened.
My tenant flooded the whole house of my rental property. I call NRLA few times asking how to evict the tenant. I was angry and frustrated about my tenant. NRLA staff was there on the other line listening to all my feelings and then giving me solutions. Also with the booklet that I received from the course it become my guidance every check out and check in tenant. Just to be sure I follow all the rules to be law compliant.
Then I call NRLA again asking them to explain to me the new government legislation about rental rules.
This year which my 2nd year. My tenant left his keys at his parents house that 3 hrs away from the rental house and ask me to come to the house so he can borrow my spare set keys at 8pm on weekends. Which I advice him to come to my house and copy my spare set and pay by himself since the key cut place is only 5 minutes away from my home. But tenant refused my advice and insisted his pov. I called NRLA asking for advice.
NRLA ever so helpful so far solving issues.
