I'm still waiting for my order to arrive???????

Didn't even receive a tracking number for customer service, complete scam company.
Paid for supplements and they dont send.

My Dental Gummies finally came - must have been held up because of Christmas/New Year. Now that I'm using them I feel confident my teeth and gums are benefiting.

Likely scam! Received an email a few hours after placing and paying for an order asking for a copy of my bank statement for verification!!!! Have lodged a dispute with my bank and requested the charge be reversed, they informed me the request for a copy of my statement is unheard of.

This is not a company based in Australia, despite the "com.au" in the name. Seems it is based in India and goods are being shipped from USA. Email links to tracking of shipment do not work, I eventually found the carrier and now after 2 weeks find my shipment is still bouncing around the US.

I have not received my items it’s been a month since I ordered on line, the tracking number shows it is not moving much to my destination. the service is terrible. I can’t give feedback on the product i haven’t tried them yet

Very slow delivery. Took about 6 days for a tag to be created at the delivery company.

I just received yesterday and started taking right away. Looking forward to seeing good results like most of the reviews soon. Just wanted to comment on the delivery. Understand it takes longer as ordering from a country town in Australia but took 6 days to be dispatched and 13 days to receive. And the aluminium cover of 5 tablets was torn. Hope this delivery time ane packaging will improve as I'd like to keep ordering if I can see my health improvement.

Yet to receive my order, reached out to support team at nutricity twice and no response.

There was no indication whatsoever on the product page that it was coming from the US! It's an Australian site so it would be reasonable to assume it would be coming from a local supplier!

You misled me by deceptive use of .com.au. I assumed your company was based in Australia not the US. It took over one month to receive my order and that was paying extra for express delivery. What a rip off!

The company never sent the product and never responded to numerous emails. Scammer website and not even from Australia!

Team were very responsive when they notified me a product was out of stock and we organised an alternative, but then when I had an issue with product being stopped by customs when I was not aware the product was being dispatched outside of Australia (order from a .com.au website safe to assume product is in Australia) they were extremely slow to respond, taking 4 emails and threats before I got a response. Granted they did refund me the import fees and I thank them for doing the right thing in the end.
