Excellent service - especially for a replacement of a faulty chair such was done speedily and incredibly efficiently.

Despite there being a problem with a faulty item, all the staff I dealt with were extremely positive and courteous, they had the problem sorted as soon as they could. Kept me informed at all stages.

I then placed a order for the item I wanted, which was fine to do on-line.

Found the office chair I wanted on the NWOF website after a Google search.
They had the best UK price.
I went to order and found the chair was out of stock but due a delivery soon.
Being in no hurry placed my order and had an email saying it was on back order.
A week later the chair was delivered.

Great selection of good quality furniture. Easy ordering, the chat function worked really well for the question I had before purchasing a desk and bookcase. Next day delivery was amazing. One item was damaged on delivery - spoke to customer services and they were really helpful, apologetic, and had a complete new desk set delivered to me the next day. Highly recommend this company and would definitely order from them again.
