Well worth it in my opinion. Best cashback rates available in general- 10% minimum on all retailers - and also fastest to pay out. Just remember to claim back the subscription every month in the form... Toon meer

Pleased

I've been using NX rewards for a year now, and I am really pleased with the service. Even though the monthly fee is relatively high, I've always been able to "refund" it by using one of their retailers, even it is only once a month and even if the amount purchased is less than the monthly fee. Plus, I always get some sort of cashback.

Smooth rewards experience with a few areas to improve

I’ve been using NxRewards for a while now, and overall, the experience has been fairly positive. What stood out to me initially was how straightforward the sign-up process was. Everything felt quick and accessible, which made it easy to get started without unnecessary friction.

The range of rewards and offers is quite appealing. There’s a decent variety, and I found some genuinely useful deals that I could actually benefit from, rather than just generic or impractical offers. The platform itself is also easy to navigate, which makes browsing and redeeming rewards feel seamless.

That said, there are a few areas where things could be better. At times, the terms and conditions around certain offers aren’t as clear as they could be, and that can leave you second-guessing whether you’re getting the full value promised. Also, response times from customer support could be improved, especially when dealing with time-sensitive issues.

Overall, NxRewards is doing a good job in providing accessible rewards and a user-friendly experience. With a bit more transparency and faster support, it could easily become an excellent platform rather than just a good one.

Poor System Capability

The cash back discount is definitely a good product. However, the NX rewards system capability is poor. Over the past 2 months, I have experienced two frustrating issues, which have taken a long time for team to respond and look into it.

1. Update Account Bank Details to receive cash back money
2. Unable to purchase the OneforAll gift card and experience system error— Still pending to be resolved.

I would suggest NX rewards team to improve their customer service team’s training. When a customer reports a system issue, it would help if the staff can show a bit more patience and properly record and escalate the technical issue for the relevant team to investigate, rather than telling the customer to wait another 24 hours to retry and hope system will work automatically.

Fantastic

Fantastic! I’ve saved a lot of money and the service is perfect. Previously I’d used Quidco more but this is far better and far more reliable for tracking and approvals. Highly recommended! I’ve been using it for about a year now and it’s fantastic!

Avoid NX Rewards

Avoid NX Rewards. The claim for the initial cash back offer is not straightforward. Asks for a receipt that Nat Express does not provide in a simple form. The e mail confirming the purchase contains all the relevant info but saving it as a pdf exceeds the size permitted by the system.

Tesco

Tesco, Tesco, Tesco. Every week it does not track the order, every week it does not track the cashback, every week I have to email my receipt, every week I’m told I’ve done it wrong. I haven’t done it wrong, it’s your system. Check other reviews on Trustpilot. Many many people are having the same problem. Listen to us and get it fixed.
