Well worth it in my opinion. Best cashback rates available in general- 10% minimum on all retailers - and also fastest to pay out. Just remember to claim back the subscription every month in the form... Toon meer

Best cash back ever, but recent experience with Sainsbury's online purchase cash back was a nightmare. Got rejected for a few times, each time with different reasons even though all proofs and information were provided. Finally, I called customer service hotline on Feb 5 and agent Christine was so kind to help investigate the case and confirmed over the phone that the claim was valid. She told us she would pass the case to Admin team to credit the cash back to my account and ask me to keep an eye on my email account. Unfortunately, an email was received a few days later rejecting my claim again and asking for the same proof and information that I had already provided many times again! I gave up the case as I just wanted to get away from that nightmare. That's a painful experience and it's unlike that I would make any Sainsbury's online purchase through this platform again.

Customer service was extremely frustrating. My monthly bonus claim was rejected due to a name mismatch, I explained the reason and sent my passport as requested, then heard nothing for weeks. When I followed up, they repeated the same request again instead of confirming receipt or giving an update. Poor communication, no ownership, and a complete waste of time.

I joined NXrewards a month ago. I made 3 purchases through NXrewards. Only one cashback being rewarded but be reverted with no reason few days later. One not been show up even I uploaded proof of purchase two times. One is still under review. That mean I didn't enjoy any cashback after 3 purchases.

*UPDATE 16th Feb* I am still unable to buy anything through the nx rewards website 5 days later. After phoning up to try and fix the problem, I was told there is nothing they can do and that it is not being looked into. They also will not issue a refund. Avoid these scammers like the plague.
Strongly recommend against paying for this because of bad customer service and an unreliable website. For the past 24 hours, trying to shop through any retailer takes me to an error page. This is an error with my account, and after speaking to other people, they had similar problems which "went away after a few days". I was hoping to use NX Rewards to get cashback on last minute travel and hotel accommodation, which I'm unable to do because of website issues.
I phoned customer service, who gave me general troubleshooting guidance like try a different device, browser, delete cookies, etc. None of that worked. He couldn't help me over the phone, and asked me to send an email with a screenshot - their website states this can take 7 days, and the man on the phone told me it's sent to a separate admin team. What use is customer service if they can't actually do anything to help?
Outrageous to be charging £18 a month for a service and customer service this bad.
*EDIT after reply from nx rewards: Still a 1 star after the reply is irrelevant. I am still a member because I had already paid for the following month on 21st January before cancelling - so not sure how your reply mentioning that is the slightest bit relevant.
I also have put in a request for the monthly bonus - this is not the same as being unable to click to retailers websites through your links.
You gave initial troubleshooting advice, which has not helped, as I stated. As I have stated, there is a problem with my account, which you have not fixed - despite happily taking my £18 monthly fee.
Your complete lack of knowledge shows exactly why you were given 1 star.

Great High cashback and lots of places to get cashback but I mainly use it for Tesco which never seems to track. Nx rewards have been pretty useless in helping me find out why that is, and getting it to work. I just get generic cut and paste responses from them.
I have been having to send my receipts in manually every time which they do validate but is a pain and I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to work. Other retailers track fine, so I know my cookies, etc are all working.
All I want is some help getting tesco to track how it's supposed to.

I like the cash backs which is really nice deal. However, the monthly bonus is difficult to claim. I joined for 4 months, only 2 months can successfully claim back my monthly bonus. I don’t know why and which is disappointing.

I have had a really positive experience using NXRewards since I started a year ago.
Once you find a few things you can save money on with the participating retailers, it is just a case of:
1-Buying your monthly £100 One4All card (and add to Google Wallet if spending in store), for an equivalent of 20% off.
2-Logging in to NXRewards, then clicking through to your chosen retailer to buy online, for an equivalent of 10% off.
3-Doing one Monthly Claim Submission per month from your online purchase/s in step 2) to get the £15 monthly fee back.
If you struggle to keep to the routine of step 3, or don't want to buy things online, this is not the product for you.
If you can do this this, it will save you money for sure.

Simple to setup, good response from customer services with any queries. Only negative is trying to keep track of requirements and whether cashback has been accepted but as I said customer services seem helpful and responsive if any issues
