Well worth it in my opinion. Best cashback rates available in general- 10% minimum on all retailers - and also fastest to pay out. Just remember to claim back the subscription every month in the form... Toon meer

Scammers

Scammers ! Be aware ! I just bought a ticket, they send you a form to fill for to get few quid back. After filling a form you ending up as a member with 18£ a month to pay ! Absolutely joke ! Unacceptable, how this can be legally??

Great service but 1 star off

Great service, helpful and responsive. 1 star off for inconsistent customer service at times for approving cashback and only ebay referral link automatic add to the Outstanding Purchases.

Great monthly bonus opportunity and attractive cashback for many retailers

The monthly bonus offers a great opportunity to leverage your cashback once a month. There are plenty of retailers where attractive cashback options are available too. Although it is sometimes difficult to get all purchases tracked automatically, the option of reporting them via email works well with a response in a few days that will add your cashback to your account

Tesco issue

There is an issue with Tesco when orders are tracking that the cashback is appearing as £0. It isn't a case of not meeting the special terms, as I've double checked these and I literally just bought food. I send the receipt in and just receive a reply saying my order wasn't eligible so it tracked at £0, even though it clearly was. This glitch needs looking into please.

Edited to add - I called to query this and was put on hold while they investigated, and then they just disconnected the call after 20 minutes.

Tricked into purchasing

Unauthorised payment made. Bought tickets on National Express site and have ended up being subscribed for an £18 monthly subscription without my agreement. Site is not plain and seems to simply subscibe you with only one inadvertant click.

This is not something a legitimate company would do and seems to rely on you not knowing or checking for the payments to come out.

Don't think I will be using National Express again either!

I am very upset


I am very upset. Joined this venture and i have £30 in my account and was trying to withdraw for two days. Message tells me withdrawals and payments are blocked!!! No answer on phonelines. I have now cancelled my membership. his looks to be a scam.

It's great when it works

It's great when it works and for most of the purchases I have made they have tracked within 24 hours however, I have found that I need to submit receipts for cash back from Tesco almost every time I shop. It's a bit of a nuisance but NXrewards have always dealt with it promptly and I have received all the cash back I am due.

Thei are not honest

They make me believe that there is only one single payment of £18 for 1 year subscription, when in fact is a monthly payment of £18 .

amazing every single time

since day one of using this site it's been a godsend tbh, the cashback is also very quick, and at a much higher rate than other cashback sites, any issues or queries are answered and its overall a really reliable ad handy tool to have when shopping online 10+% is huge!

if there was a way to get a referral program going i know i could get so many people signed up solely of showing them my data

Absolutely superb!

I've been with NXREWARDS for a few months now. Originally I was suspicious that it might be scammy and so didn't join - mainly because of the £18 per month subscription, but I have to say it is a legit operation, very efficient and responsive, and always follows its own rules. I have been super-impressed, having now earned a total cash back of £498 in less than 3 months, and I have had all monthly subscriptions refunded for making eligible purchases! I've also taken to purchasing the One4All card every month £100 at 20% discount, so £100 for £80) saving me 20% on countless shopping and dining trips! I load the One4All card into wallet of my iPhone and use it at participating retailers like a debit card.

All-in-all I think nxrewards is superb and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. Just be sure to be diligent in your usage of it and claim your monthly bonus to reimburse the subscription fee.

I’ve had a really good experience with NX Rewards. I recently received £119.90 cashback on a purchase, which I was very happy with.
On a few occasions where cashback was missed, I contacted their team by email or phone, and the support team resolved it quickly and professionally.
Overall, NX Rewards has been reliable, and their customer service really stands out.
