Cancelled my account and stole cashback
They randomly cancelled my account because I'd had an account in the past and they refused to pay me the £100+ of cashback I'd accrued.

Our records show that you have multiple accounts created in our programme; under our terms and conditions, a cancelling member may not re-enroll in our programme for at least six (6) months after cancellation of any previous membership- should any additional memberships be detected during these six months by way of name and/or address, email, payment details, and/or bank account/IBAN. In that case, your account has been automatically cancelled, and any accrued benefits will be forfeited.
This is a scam
This is a scam. I have booked a coach at national Express in October, and somehow I've been signed up to this national express rewards scheme that has taken £18 each time out of my account on October and November. This is very disappointing from national express, and seems very shady. I have had a look back through my emails and I didnt even get a welcome email or pack, which you would normally expect if you signed up for something. Im straight on the phone to my bank now to do a chargeback.

Great concept, terrible execution, lack of support
Whilst you do get a good amount of cashback from this, actually receiving it is another thing, im over 1 month "pending payout" and trying to get any help from support in regards to this is again, another thing altogether.
Great in concept, extremely poor in execution, great to use if you make a large amount of purchases but dont rely on it for accuracy, ive had multiple payments not track, and then support tried to credit me for over 10x less than the value it was supposed to be, having to spend a large amount of time then sending even more support messages to get the correct amount, I made these purchases in September / October and I still haven't received the cashback in December.

Not paying cashback!
Not paying cashback!
My cashback said it was due to be paid on the 11/11/2025, it all tracked perfectly, I have been cashbacking for more than 4 years and they are clearly trying to get out of paying cashback they already have.
I have sent the proofs they requested which was the receipt & bank statement (I find this too much, as why would anyone want a cashback site to see their life through a bank statement! In all my years cashbacking I’ve never had to send my bank statement to any company, even in the case of none tracked transactions, which this was not!)
My cashback said it would be paid by the 11th and we are now near Greg end of the month, I would like the cashback I am owed please, I will only reply here on trustpilot from now on, as it seems as though things get done much quicker through here!
I would have loved to have been writing a positive review but that is not the case this time. I will update when I get a response.
Edit: I provided my proofs and they have not emailed me back since and the cashback still hasn’t been paid!!
