Was sceptical at first but iny 2nd month and have to say this site just works seamlessly. Easily makes the monthly subscription worth it. Saving money each month without any hassle or effort. Extremely pleased.

Unacceptable and unreasonable customer service.

I closed my NX Rewards account in June 2025. In November 2025 I decided I would like to use the service and registered again. NX Rewards accepted my new registration and opened an account for me. I made a purchase with and was due nearly £100 cashback. Just before my cashback was to be paid they locked me out of my account with no notification. I contact their customer service and they replied that I should have waited 6 months between closing my original account and opening the new one and referred to fine print in their T&Cs. It is my true and reasonable belief that NX Rewards only closed my account so they could keep my £100 cashback for themselves. If I truly wasn't allowed a new account within 6 months of closing my original account their system would not have allowed me to re-register and welcome me back to NX Rewards; if the 6 month T&C is real they breached their own T&C when they opened the account! I find their customer service reply to my enquiry email very unfair and unreasonable. I would not recommend. I'm now considering legal action to recover my £100 from this untrustworthy company.

Our records show that you have multiple accounts created in our programme; under our terms and conditions, a cancelling member may not re-enroll in our programme for at least six (6) months after cancellation of any previous membership- should any additional memberships be detected during these six months by way of name and/or address, email, payment details, and/or bank account/IBAN. In that case, your account has been automatically cancelled, and any accrued benefits will be forfeited.

Charged After Cancellation and Locked Out of My Account!

After my cashback was approved my account was suddenly suspended for “suspicious activity.” They asked for personal documents like my passport which I refused to share. I emailed to cancel and was told my membership would be closed yet they still charged me the fee. My account remains inactive and inaccessible. Terrible experience and very poor handling of customer data and communication. This is my third complaint, and they still have not made things right, and I had no choice but to put a dispute with my bank. What a fraud!

Amazing cashback Rewards

Amazing service. Fast, reliable, accurate, rewarding, amazing reward program. Have vast variety of retailers in the pool. Track pretty quickly and payment done automatically.

The service is so amazing that I never need to contact there customer services. I am really enjoying it and already recommend to so many of my friends to join.

I strongly recommend as I use other cashback websites like topcashback and Quidco but I find this much better rate when I compare. I already had lot of cashback from NX rewards paid directly into my account without hassle.

Terrible service

The process in getting your cashback and monthly reward is terrible. It’s so inconsistent. I’ve actually lost more money than I’ve gained so am about to cancel. My monthly rewards aren’t always recorded, even after sending proof of purchase it’s hit and miss if they give you cashback or not.

Account suspended without a reason

I signed up nx rewards in october and made some purchases. Around 2 weeks later, received an email asking the proof of my identity, address and bank account. I sent all of them (provisional driving licence, account statement and council tax bill) the same day. After a week, I tried to sign in and saw that my account is not active anymore. Then I sent an email to leran why my account was suspended but didn't get a reply. I felt like their fraud service has a quota and trying to fill it with choosing some members as victims as nothing about me is wrong.

I prefer the earlier time 04:55am…

I prefer the earlier time 04:55am Swindon route 401 was a better option to reach in London and head for work location was convenient.
Now there are two buses 401 & 403.
One leaves at 4:20 and other at 4:25.
This option has now been a cause of getting late at work.
Also please make one more stop at Northfields station, London so anyone can take a short route to get to work.

I've been using NX rewards since Nov…

I've been using NX rewards since Nov last year and it has been sending cash back from my purchase until July this year. However since this July I've noticed that even thought the transactions are recorded, I haven't received any cash back. The transactions keeps the status of pending for 2-3 months. Am I still going to have my cash back or should I terminate my membership?

I tried it, but no thanks!

This company is truly a mystery! Having followed the stipulations for the Welcome Reward and the Monthly bonus, both were approved and credited - awaiting payment. Green ticks and all in order. Suddenly they were removed, and I have been given zero explanation for this. Upon looking at the numerous low scoring reviews it seems this service is at best, janky and at worst - truly sneaky and immoral? Who knows which it is. I am awaiting a response from customer service (I called and this shed no light on things - I was told someone would call me back but obviously they have not and likely will not). I have been left with no alternative but to cancel, which is unfortunate as if this service worked it's very generous. The amount of messing about makes it feel like a lot of work however! Therefore it's a big old no, and a cancellation from me.

NX rewards are actually legit. They pay out automatically and as long as you jump through the monthly bonus loop, it's a free service.
