Funds withheld without notice and slow customer support

The customer service is slow and account is randomly set to be terminated pending document verification so they withhold your earnings.

Meanwhile they keep charging you the regular fee during all this period pending their investigations.

They should ask for all these documents before they start taking money out of our accounts and when they ask us to sign up.

As stated on the membership Terms and Conditions, "To enable NE to carry out investigations into the validity of any Member activity, Member may be required to provide evidence of identification and/or of Items. Such evidence may include proof of delivery address, Member's address and/or copies of all relevant purchase receipts or such other evidence as NE may reasonably request from time to time."

We highly suggest sending over the documents that are being requested to continue using the programme.

Unfair Termination and Lack of Transparency in NX Rewards

I followed all steps to re-enrol in NX Rewards, and my membership was fully accepted — allowing me to make purchases in good faith for welcome and monthly rewards. Yet, it was later terminated without warning, citing a six-month re-enrolment rule that was never enforced or flagged during registration.

This is a clear case of system failure and lack of transparency. Customers should not be penalised for design flaws that the company should control. To make matters worse, despite two follow-up emails, there has been no response whatsoever from support.

Extremely disappointed by the unfair handling, poor communication, and complete absence of accountability from National Express Rewards.

Our records show that you have multiple accounts created in our programme; under our terms and conditions, a cancelling member may not re-enroll in our programme for at least six (6) months after cancellation of any previous membership- should any additional memberships be detected during these six months by way of name and/or address, email, payment details, and/or bank account/IBAN. In that case, your account was automatically cancelled, and any accrued benefits will be forfeited.

Account suspended

Unexpectedly, they suspended my account today, and did not even send an email saying what or why. Just before sending my first cashback!

Want to ensure I did absolutely nothing wrong. If you don’t like cashback you could have just said that before wasting my time!

Edit: they demanded three different sensitive KYC documents to be sent by email in 5 working days in order to remove the suspension.

Overall great experience with…

Overall great experience with NXRewards, it is an underrated cashback provider as it is one of the best if not the best in the UK for returns (20% per month on giftcard up to £100 and at least 10% cashback on popular sites is hard to beat). It is a little misunderstood, but if you claim back your monthly fee you will get it free.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY ! TOOK my ID for 3 weeks already then went missing. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ID !

Contacted them and chased them for 3 weeks already and kept telling me to wait for their team with no end in sight.

Will be reporting this ordeal to news outlets and also the ICO for stealing my details and documents.

UPDATE 1: JOKE OF A COMPANY ! Replied me the same thing 3 weeks ago and yet now THE SAME THING. When are you actually going to pay up what you owe your customers ?

DO NOT GIVE THEM your ID as they will just steal it from you and tell you to wait endlessly. Will be filing a report to the information commisioner office to shut this company DOWN. I suggest those facing the same issues to the same with me so we have a stronger case against them.

Good scheme but unreliable processing of bonus requests

Good scheme, but they seem incapable of reliably processing monthly bonus requests, Since I joined, I have made 9 such requests, and only 6 were paid on time, one was paid a few months later (after I reminded them), and the remaining have still not been paid despite emails reminding them about the missing payments. For one of them they said it was paid on a given date, but that was actually for a different month.

Need many support when claiming amount is high

The transaction was not tracked by the system. I had reported the missing purchase, explained and provided different kinds of evidence to support the purchase was made by me while the purchase confirmation did self explained actually. Finally, after over ten emails, the purchase was approved.
One thing was the transaction was approved for claiming monthly bonus but kept declining the claim cashback and your staff explained the claiming rules are different. I can’t see the difference. The only reason to explain this is my claiming amount is high and your entity didn’t want me to give out the money.
