Always get something back in a timely manner

Worst people to use for a tax return. All they do is lodge it with ATO and the rest is up to you to sort out. I ended up owing the ato $36 after paying nearly 40k in tax for the financial year by using oneclicklife. Never had any issues lodging through the ato app myself in the past. Thought using a tax agent I’d get a better return. Never again!!

Absolute disgrace they constantly change the bank account on your ato profile to theres even tho you have withdrawn there access they damanded payment of $99 to remove the access but still dont remove it
Ignore emails and inbox requests even after the ato removes them they add themselves back

Absolute waste of time. A glitchy website with endless dead-end links. Repetitive questions and errors while performing tasks. Identity verification is far from seamless and requires a next level of patience and a love for repetitive actions.

Weeks worth of waiting, then finally “payment processing” claims they deposited my refund into my account. Then four days later email to charge me a fee because it bounced back. Spent all weekend refreshing websites feeling like an idiot.

My accountant mark was extremely helpful and worked with me to lodge my personal tax and my sole trader tax as well he was responsible and responded within 12 hours or less I recommend especially for beginners the online system is very simple to use as well

After being a client over 2 years , haven’t lodged tax my this year by one click but just calculated they automatically asked for a lodged fee on their account and asked for a payment. Totally unsatisfying!!!!!

This is the first time I have used One Click Life for my tax returns and I have to say form the onset to completion the whole process was smooth and easy (and I say that knowing I had a big payment to make at the end of it 😂). WhatI liked most about it was the ease of communication via the platform with messaging back and forth straight away. I couldn’t fault it and will be using it again next year.

ive been with them since 2020 sadly this year will be my last the fees are so expensive it takes your refund so i wont be returning next year the customer service is exellent but the fees are so expensive
