Excellent quality, oak fire door in Georgian style. Nice and heavy. Just what I was looking for to suit my period property. Service was helpful and door arrived quickly.

Doors were ordered and advert said engineered solid core. The doors were bespoke and the order was £2,500. When the plans came to be signed off, they were described as particle board which really doesn't sound at all like 'solid core'. I cancelled the order and was told it would take 28 working days for my refund. After about 26 working days, the manager of the company rang me to try to get me to change my mind and appeared surprised that it had been so long since the order had been cancelled - he thought it had been cancelled the day before. He told me that the cancellation had not been progressed. Despite this, he told me that the refund would be with me in the 28 days. Hey guess what, it wasn't! No phone call to see if it had been received. It's either gross incompetence or deliberately keeping hold of my £2,500 for a long time. The money went out of my account immediately, why does it take so long to refund?

Excellent service all round. I ordered two oak panels doors which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a door online, checked the website to ensure my postcode was covered and paid the £40 delivery charge. 5 days later I received an email asking for another £37 for delivery. I questioned why this was required and was told because my address (in Eastern Scotland) was not covered by their standard delivery. I replied to say that according to their delivery T&C’s my address was covered by standard delivery. Their response was that their website was wrong and I’d have to pay the additional delivery cost. At this point i requested a refund and I was told this would take up to 28 days. I explained that they had already had the full amount for my order for 5 days and given the issue is because their website information was incorrect, I expected a refund asap. I received a nice response from them apologising for the situation and that they would expedite the refund as it was their fault. However, a further 16 days have passed and I have not received my refund. I chased to see when this would be happening and was told that my refund was in a queue and I’d just have to wait.
I would avoid ordering anything from this company. They have now had full payment for an item for over 3 weeks and show no intention of refunding this in an acceptable timescale.
P.S A competitor company delivered the same door with their standard £40 delivery charge within 5 days of ordering

Oh wow - where do I start. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for a refund of the door I never received. I was told it had been discontinued by the supplier and the funds had been returned to Online Doors but they have not returned to me nor have they paid back the £55 delivery cost. I have sent figures, paperwork, deductions (from other goods I had to chase them to return or I would have been out of the period for returning).
I would avoid this company at all costs as I fear they are unlikely to return my money to me - total scam!!!
One plus point - you can speak to them on the phone, however, the phone operators promise the world and never follow up - it’s just awful service!!

I paid them by credit card 5 months ago. They charged me for “ speedy delivery” days later they messaged me that they could not do speedy delivery , but ….. they kept the money for it. No refunds the doors never appeared. Weeks and weeks later having pursued them relentlessly. They offered some random day for the delivery. . The doors never arrived. I bought doors from another supplier . I threatened them with Court proceedings on a minimum of 4 occasions. They finally sent me a lot of emails apologising - I can submit them here as evidence- .
They followed it up with another email back on the 5th of May 2025 saying that they were in the process of arranging a refund plus discuss ( I can also evidence it as proof) compensation .
Nothing received as yet.

Doors are fine for the price, but delivery was a week late without any real updates when requested. And then on the day of delivery, after making myself available 7am - 7pm as requested - it got moved back again a day at around 2pm. Frustrating, especially when trying to organise a fitter as we had to push ours back twice.

Dreadful. They sell front doors without glass and leave you high and dry. I really would not recommend them. You'll feel mugged and ripped off

I ordered a composite internal white glass door or I thought I had! I phoned the company up before ordering just to check it was definitely composite the guy said yes it was no painting needed!!
When it was delivered it was definitely not composite it was wood and not a very good example either! I sent it straight back with the van driver so it was not unpacked!
But I am not fed up with trying to get a refund they said I have to pay £40 delivery charge for a door that never left the van and the wrong door too!
I have phoned the company at least 5 times and it’s still not sorted
Please do not order from this company you will regret it!!!!!!
