I lost a certain amount of money irretrievably through Optimal Solicitors. Lack of proper concentration regarding my case ,how much it may cost,as lawyers see it .Every now and then, someone else would handle my case and lose the documents.

Our total sale and purchase only took 8 weeks from the initial viewing to completion so thanks to Wessley, Natalie, Nafeesa and Mandy for making this happen.
It was unfortunate however that finalising the completion process took much longer than hoped, which prevented us from picking up the keys until 3.30pm, which caused the removal team to be waiting for at least 3 hours before they could start to unload. Therefore the completion process in my opinion requires streamlining in order to expedite this process, particularly on a Friday.

unfortunetly i am not happy about the servic i rcive this time .
Firstly the communication was very poor and difficult , when i was calling no on would pick up the phone .
No one would respond to mme emails as well even thou i did send a lot.
The was even one time a call booked for a specifick day and time and no on bothered to call on that day witch cosed me thouther to lous time as need a translator .
The second this is the amound of money for me compensation was pitfoul not speakeg abou tthe amound you tok form it .
Unfortunetly i will never recomend your company to anyon as the comunication is poor , the time it toooks to sort it out and then the compensation .

Hi Stuart, thank you for taking time to leave feedback. We have looked into the matter and we would like to clarify that we did not leave you to chase up help to buy during the process. When dealing with the redemption of any help to buy equity loan, the customer does need to instigate the initial contact with help to buy which then results in the redemption statement being sent to us. Prior to completion, we also require an authority to complete from help to buy, which we requested. We in fact sent an email to you to advise this has been submitted and chased up, whilst also advising you that you may wish to call help to buy to help expedite them providing us with the authority to complete. To be clear, this was not us refusing to do the job, but from years of experience working with help to buy and other organizations, we know on occasion that a call from an actual customer can help speed up matters, as opposed to simply being chased from the solicitor. We are pleased that we did manage to complete your transaction despite your completion preferences changing from your initial instructions to us.
Hopefully this provides you and other readers with a more realistic explanation as to how this progressed.
