We have used Optimus Windows and Doors 3 times over the last couple of years. Just had a new garage door and bathroom windows installed by them. Once again the same high quality product and superb professionalism of the installers. Thoroughly recommend them.

Just had my windows installed by this company from the start to the finish the experience has been the best from customer service right to the installation. I looked at the reviews when choosing to go with optimus and so glad I did they are all true.
Customer service exceptional put me at ease installation professional quick they clean up after themselves also putting back up my blinds when I couldn't do it (typical woman). Thank you so much for my beautiful windows can't stop looking at them.

Excellent customer service - we were referred to Chris via Timberlook windows. We live in a large period home renovation with single glazing, and were looking at whether or not we should consider the cost of replacing the windows with double glazing units. Throughout, Chris was polite and professional, giving us the frank advice we had hoped for. It was a refreshing change not to be “sold to”, receiving advice that benefited us financially. I can’t thank Chris enough for his time - excellent chap and would highly recommend!

I can't praise Chris, Jon and Tim enough, from our first meeting ,when we looked and discussed the types of windows and doors with Chris, who is professional and very knowledgeable , he put us at ease with our questions so we arrange a date for the survey at our property and received our quote a few days later , not the cheapest but we are so glad we went ahead.
Jon and Tim have a wealth of knowledge and experience and made the process look easy, the finishing touches are brilliant , and the benefit of having no mess left after the days work .
We need more work done in the future and will not hesitate to use them again we can't recommend them enough.

What a great team they are from start to finish. Professional, efficient and friendly, triple glassed windows and two doors all installed in a couple of days and I gave actually noticed the difference, nice and toasty.

Chris was fantastic doing our quote, he made time to listen to us and to explain things with no pressure at all. Unlike another company we had in.
The communication regarding the fitting date was very good.
The fitting of the windows was fantastic, Tim and John was very friendly and very neat and tidy you would never know they were there doing the windows. The windows and doors are lovely. We have noticed a massive difference in the warmth of the house and less outside noise.
They even put the cat flap in for us.
I do not have a negative word to say about this company.

Excellent service from quotation to installation

From my very first enquiry about a quote, with my many questions, right through to the last day of installation, I cannot fault anyone at Optimus. They kept me updated about order progress, rang to give me updates and Tim and John who carried out the fitting of my new windows and doors were outstanding. Kept everything clean and tidy and the finishing touches around the windows are faultless. If you are in any doubts about using Optimus, rest assured, I would highly recommend them.

We have been gradually doing window's in our property and have used different companies throughout the process, but after a recommendation from many friends we went with Optimus for our front windows and porch.
We are so impressed with the quality, the finish and the professionalism of the whole team. It’s been a breeze, with little dust, no painting needed afterwards as they did all of this before they left.
We still have several windows to do and I will most definitely be returning to Optimus to do this for us!

From the first visit to the last I cannot fault the guys from Optimus.

Advised on options and gave us a very reasonable price.
On fitting the old windows were out and gone and the new ones in in no time at all and the fitters were prompt, polite, tidy and friendly.

I had a new front door fitted today. The whole experience with Optimus was great. First meeting was good, representive was efficient, explained everything in detail. I recently had six windows replaced due to old ones where the glass was blown. Chris came to give me a quote. He was honest, knowledgable and very professional. The quality of the windows are excellent. And the team who installed the windows were very friendly, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Optimus. And I will definitely use them again with no hesitations.
