From our first enquiry to fitting our new front door, the service has been seamless. Very pleased with all aspects of the customer service and fitting. Excellent communications with updates of the order staus. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A huge thank you to the team at Optimus Windows and Doors for a smooth and painless replacement of windows and doors.
Chris is happy to talk to you whether you want one window/door or multiple windows/doors, when he came round it was a nice informal chat, made to feel comfortable with no heavy selling tactics. We had all windows and two doors replaced through our own choice, they were upfront about windows which could be left a bit longer but as the majority needed doing we decided it would be nicer and less disruptive to be done all at once. They were very thorough with going through what we wanted and measurement stage. We were kept informed with delivery and installation information. Can’t praise Tim and Jon enough for their hard work on the installation, highly professional, meticulous and good clean up at the end of the day. Couple of minor issues but sorted very quickly. Just keep them in coffee and they work like trojans!
Delighted, great quality windows and love the Solidor front door. No hidden costs, happy with the price.
Absolutely recommend Chris, Tim and Jon, you can tell it’s more than a job to them they deliver with passion and pride. Thanks guys.

Fantastic Service from Start to Completion
Chris and the team were nothing short of fantastic! From our initial free consultation with Chris, whose knowledge was impressive, through to Survey and Installation was a seamless experience. We normally dislike having work completed due to mess and people not showing up when they say they will, but this experience has changed our perspective completely. Our home looks amazing, the timber windows are beautiful, we are so much warmer inside and our house was immaculate after every day. many thanks to the team at Optimus
