We had our sliding patio doors for twenty years and wanted a good quality upgrade. Being a former tradesman myself i did my research! A lot of companies use subcontractors for fitting and they are useless. I chose Optimus for a variety of key reasons… current reviews, experience in the trade and guarantees as well as the product being installed. Alot of companies for cheap products which in the long run fail. Optimus fitted a Profile 22 door with very good security locks which is obviously important. Cost wise there not cheap but you pay for quality and the workmanship. Turned up on time , which i know is a struggle for most tradesman ! They were clean and tidy and took the old door away which is a fantastic service. I tried both locks and tested the door and it was all aligned and plumb. I checked the glazing beading and there were no marks… rubbish fitters will use the wrong tools and leave marks. I checked the beading and mastic work as i know this is challenging for fitters but it was excellent. They even polished the glass. All in all it’s a 5* review and i could not fault them. This team has over 50 years experience between them! Anyone reading this then don’t hesitate to use them as there in a league of their own. You won’t regret it 100%

I have used Optimus before, so I chose to use them again to fit a set of bifold doors recently.
Again, an outstanding service, and would certainly use them again. Would always recommend.

My Grand Mother was let down multiple times by a local window company, which then led to her Indoor cat escaping and being missing for a couple of days, which caused her extreme stress and anxiety, Optimus came to her rescue and immediately responded, making her broken window secure again, pending a replacement. My Grandmother then placed an order with Optimus for the replacement window which has now been Installed and she is absolutely delighted. My Grand Mother is 97 years old and spends most of her time at home with her beloved cat ‘Elsa’. Not only did Optimus provide a wonderful service outside of their normal geographical area, but they also, secured her window and then Installed a new Upvc window for her, completely free of charge. When asked why, they told me, it is a good feeling to give a little back sometimes. Thank you Optimus.

Contacted Chris & the team at Optimus to provide a quote for triple glazing our home. Firstly the quote was extremely competitive compared to other local supply and installation companies. Secondly timescales were clearly communicated & met. Thirdly we were extremely happy with the quality of the units and the brilliant installation team who did a fantastic job with each and every window. 100% would recommend.

Optimus were superb start to finish of the project installing a front door & 4 windows for us . Great customer care and a punctual tidy and professional installation team couldn’t have asked for more . Use these guys you won’t be disappointed .

We had a new lounge window fitted in March and were so impressed with the acoustic noise reduction glass and the fit and quality of the window we decided to have our kitchen, bathroom and bedroom windows, together with 2 new doors replaced.
We chose the acoustic noise reduction glass and the Solidors.

We would not hesitate to recommend Optimus Windows and Doors. Chris met with us to place the order and explained all that would happen at each stage, which was reassuring. Tim carried out the survey. Optimus did a wonderful job from start to finish . Starting with the professional, no pressure, clearly explained quote . Then quickly responding to our questions and then quickly arranging a fitting date . The team that completed the fitting were friendly, professional and clearly very experienced. They treated our house with respect, took care to ensure our dog was looked after and left our house and garden spotless. The whole team were excellent and we will not hesitate to use them again.

The service we received from Optimus Windows has been first class. They were highly efficient & professional every step of the way, from the initial visit, ongoing communication, to making an excellent job of neatly fitting our new window. We requested for the new window to match our other windows in the house, and it looks fantastic. The window fitters were professional, tidy and very obliging in remedying a couple of issues with an existing window and a door. I would highly recommend Optimus, you won't be disappointed.

Just had my third Installation with Optimus, a new Upvc back door and another seamless Installation from start to finish. There was a bit of plaster and render repair to be done as well due the surround being blown, but all completed on the day and I am well chuffed again :) many thanks Jon & Chris, I still have more to be done in the future so will be in touch.
