From initial contact through to completion received a first class service. Chris visited us and was thorough with information and samples. A prompt quote and communication throughout. Tim and Jon who carried out the fitting were professional and friendly. Left no mess and explained all details of openings, locks etc. We are thrilled with our windows and front door, have transformed our bungalow.

Great and very stress-free experience with Optimus. I love my new door and window. The door fitting was delayed due to the door not passing the quality check initially but a new date was quickly arranged. I felt comfortable having Jon and Tim at the house and they just got on with the work without any issues. Would certainly recommend.

Highly recommend. Excellent communication from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble as I changed my mind a few times on design of windows and they were very helpful in my decision making. Always available to answer my queries. My house now looks like a home and the quality of the fitting and of the windows is outstanding. Reasonably priced too.

Thank you Chris and the two fitters Tim and John who fitted our replacement doors and windows. their price was competitive and the standard of their work was very high. The end result has greatly enhanced the look of our property. Very polite guys. No pushy sales ploys just an honest quote and for me a very short lead from order to fitting.

We had a new garage door fitted by Optimus to replace our rotting wooden ones. This team of 3 are very professional and the quality of work is outstanding. Chris John and Tim are all very friendly and we are so pleased with the end result. Very efficient and clean too. 1st class experience from start to completion for replacement windows, back and patio doors. Competitive price and no pushy sales pitch, product fully explained. Installers carried out survey before installation and sent a work schedule for each day. They were very professional, clean and tidy. The whole team at Optimus are to be congratulated, from the prompt response to my first call of enquiry to the final installation. I noticed one slight 'problem' sent an email and when I got home later that day the job had been done in my absence (outer porch door) but with permission! Amazing service. Correspondence was very good (sometimes lacking nowadays) and everyone was friendly, smiley and seemed happy to be doing what they do (also sometimes lacking!). The old aluminium doors and wooden frame were taken away and all was left clean and tidy. The quality of my large sliding doors is excellent, lots of compliments already. As Chris said at first chat they aren't the cheapest, not the most expensive but they are the best. Who am I to argue? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many, many thanks for a brilliant job!

What a great experience. From beginning to end our dealings with Optimus have been a delight. We wanted a new front door fitting to stop our old wooden one - that had seen much better days - from swelling with all the Devon rain and jamming in its frame, and to stop the rain pouring in at the lintel too. We also asked them to fit a new window pane in a frame where condensation had set in between the sheets of glass. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

From the original and ongoing messages with Chris, the survey with Tim, and the fitting with Jon and Tim (with a guest appearance from Chris!) everything was a pleasure.

Their attention to detail on all levels – type of material that would work considering we needed a cat flap fitting, to the type of glass, the design, the colour, the direction it hangs, how they would deal with the surround and the removal, was all taken care of and accompanied by a lot of banter and laughs.

Importantly, especially these days where it can be in short supply, they showed excellent integrity, by arriving exactly when they said they would and amazingly they had completed both jobs within about 3½ hours. I was staggered by this swift but thorough service.

Extremely professional, with easy stages of payment too, whilst they’re not cheap they’re also not overpriced – and the finish is outstanding. Communication is splendid from the whole team and their response time is exemplary, and essentially, they’re all very lovely people to deal with.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Optimus Windows and Doors if you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy team that provide you with a great product.

I have just read the reviews and I agree with everyone on what they have written. On meeting Chris for the initial survey he was such a nice person. With his knowledge and experience he explained what I could do and other options. His guys came and replaced the windows without any problems. Quality and price was really excellent and would recommend Optimus to anyone. Thank you all.

I'd seen Optimus pop up on Facebook with lots of recommendations for them. All of the team are friendly guys and are passionate about their company and products and so they should be, my windows and doors look great! Chris made suggestions and I'm glad I listened!! There was no hard sell and I was secretly hoping the quote would be favourable! Tim and John were on time everyday and took their mess away with them! Chris popped by everyday to check in and the only thing they were happy with in return was coffee!! Highly recommended, in fact, a friend has already got them booked in for fitting!!

Highly recommend this company, for the initial quote Chris turned up on time, talked us through all options, and some we had not even thought of, very knowledgeable with no hard sell. This company really looks after its customers. And, just as important, its workmanship is second to none. This is our second order with Optimus over the last few months. We’ve just had a new Solidor front door with side panel installed. It looks amazing and we are delighted. We highly recommend this company. It’s so reassuring to work with a trustworthy company which prides itself on the quality of its installations and is extremely customer focussed.

Had some windows fitted in my airbnb cottage. The guys did a great job. I had the old style with the wood dividing the panes of glass and they look amazing so in keeping with the cottage style. Everything was left spotless. Would highly recommend Optimus and will definately be using them again. Thanks Optimus
