I have found that outback equipment are very responsive to my needs in particular, Courtney has been very helpful with my order so far and continues to be very approachable and courteous. I Highly recommend these people for your camping and 4x4 equipment needs.

I had originally ordered the Pro version of Bushwakka’s 270° awning, but Summer gave me a call to let me know there would be a supply delay from Bushwakka. She offered me the standard model at a great price as compensation and arranged immediate shipping so I’d have an awning for the break. Summer was very knowledgeable about the range and clearly explained the differences between models. Excellent customer service — big props to Summer!

Summer explained there was going to be a lengthy delay on the item I ordered. Instead of leaving me in the dark she took the time to call and gave me a few options and now I’m basically going to have the item I ordered before I go away this year, and I even received a credit as a thank you.

Quite a mess was created when I tried to buy some Clearview mirrors for my Ford Ranger. Wrong mirrors were sent and had to be returned, no one’s fault just bad communication, most likely by me, but with great respect and patience by Jordan and the team it was finally sorted. Well done.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, they tell U they have it in stock to get your money then don't answer emails or calls, us being another business now have lost business

You have been warned. Don’t deal with them. They list items online like they have them in stock but take over a month to ship. Look at all the previous reviews. Their customer service is shocking to deal with also. Items arrived with damaged packaging, won’t do refunds only store credits and then when you ship the items back to them as you received them, they charge a restock fee. Are you serious?? Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else you’ll be better off.

I made a mistake when ordering a fresh up kit for my Thetford caravan toilet so I sent an email and Steph rang me back the next morning and rectified my mistake with no problems whatsoever. She was very polite and made it a very easy fix. So thank you very much Steph👏👏👏😀😀

Bought a Anti flap Kit, then wanted the bag added to the order well after I had already paid, Started a chat with Mitch on line, I Asked if I could get it added to avoid paying a 2nd freight charge, Mitch was super responsive and it only cost me an extra $2 in freight. he called and we finished the transaction over the phone - great service.

Awsome Service from Courtney. Managed to get the antiflap kit exactly how i needed it as the System wouldnt allow mixed colours. Will definitely. Had a poor expeirence in the past with a Kojack and Courtney has restored my faith in Outback Equipment. Thank you.

Good pricing, easy site to use, had trouble with my email but needn’t of worried Outback Equipment came through anyway and my purchase was delivered within the specified timeframe
