I was a bit unsure after making an online seat cover purchase for my Landcruiser but a quick call to the customer service line had it all sorted. Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company. It’s been over a month and they still can’t even tell me when my fishing reel will be delivered. 3 different people have contacted me and not one person has an answer for “where is my reel”. This is a scam business. Do not buy from them.

This is by far the worst company i've dealt with in regards to shipping. They get your money and then dont ship out your goods for atleast a week sometimes more because they need to wait on the stock to arrive from suppliers. In some cases they will even tell you a week after you've paid your money and item should be on the way that they cant supply as its out of stock! The most rubbish company, i will never buy through them again!

Super simple and fast customer support
I've purchased as a few things from outback equipment and everything has always gone easily to plan, even where some of my purchases have taken a while the communication is always good. I recently purchased something in error and had to reach out to support. Amy was able to fix my issue in no time at all, simply, painlessly and easily, great support!

Incredible consumer support
We purchased a Smarttek water heater from Outback Equipment for our touring set up. Unfortunately the item was not fit for purpose and after attempting to communicate with Smarttek to get refund, we had no luck. Joel from Outback Equipment stepped in and took over communication to stand up for our consumer rights and was extremely helpful and supportive. We were very impressed with his communication and the effort he put into our case. I would highly recommend supporting this business as the consumer support is incredible if needed.
