The shoes came orthopaedic I don’t think so. Very cheap looking. Very poor quality. First and last time I buy from a pop up advert on FB. They smell cheap. You are dealing with China. Nothing UK about them. Delivery was ok

Either u r extremely thick or stupid... Now I've given u everything and u still stand me a faulty washing machine... 2 say im not impressed... Would b an understatement... Ive given u my partners name username and r address which the washing machine was delivered... U don't want much.... But im telling u now... I will b asking more from ao... Because I'm getting more and more angry... The more this goes on... And i hope u no it's not the washing machine u delivered... It was the best way 2 ger hold of u.... Because the customer can't ring u up... And i no why now... If your customer service is this bad..

I have suddenly started receiving emails from this and other shoe companies, including ones claiming to specialise in orthopaedic shoes, with similar websites and identical Trustpilot reviews. I heard a BBC Radio 4 program about similar company websites, with misleading images, distributing poor quality Chinese products. I would be very cautious about buying anything online with them. Best not to provide any banking/card details.

I ordered from this company as a pop up on FB. I ordered a size 4 wide fit. The shoes arrived and they were a size 5. I emailed and their response was that if ordering a wide fit, you have to order the size below. No where does it say this and they won’t acknowledge this despite various requests asking them to show me where it says this. Over a series of days, they offered me 5%, 10%,15%,20%,25% and 30%. Said if I want to exchange or get a full refund, I would have to return them to China at my expense, I have asked for their complaints process 4 times and they just ignore me and just keep coming back with the same thing; 30% and no need to return sandals or return at my expense for exchange or refund. Please do not buy from this company. I am considering contacting Trading standards.

I was scammed by "Voltan Outlet" when trying to buy Hoka Clifton 10 shoes. This is a common and distressing problem, as fraudulent websites often pop up to exploit the popularity of brands like Hoka.

I haven't received my order as yet but truly wish I had read these reviews before ordered anything im now worried as I emailed to slightly change my order and the person who emailed me back did not give me any confidence in the company at all titled (not aloud to say) just gave me anxiety ha ha I know everyone is entitled to have what ever email address they like but seriously I work for a company and all our contain the company name im beginning to wonder what the hell ive ordered I certainly won't be ordering again and feel a little relived I paid with PayPal

Please stay away from ordering anything from this website. I wanted to give it zero stars but it would not let me. Their facebook page states they are UK based and offer free returns and exchanges. I have taken snapshots of this as proof. They delete any negative comments so their reviews are not a true reflection. My shoes have arrived but they are all cheap plastic and look nothing like they are advertised. Although they have offered me a full refund they are making me pay for postage to return to China which I am disputing as it will cost me £17 to return four pairs. Only brought them from their facebook “great “ reviews and their advertising as UK based with free returns. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards if a reasonable resolution is not arrived at as I have proof where they have stated they are UK based

Since writing this review I have taken it up with PayPal and sent them copies and snapshots of the generic emails I have received from this company not responding to my queries for further information. Luckily as I would not give in PayPal have refunded me the full amount paid without having to return and advised they will be monitoring them.

I found the shoes substandard and want a refund. They are sandals and plastic not cloth or embroidery as on site.

Order a pair of sandals only took about five weeks to arrive. Quality not as expected the strap over the step would not close and the Velcro was hanging off. Tried three attempts by email to get a refund. First reply I was offered cash coupons, second reply offered 20% discount Through reply offered 25% discount. I have replied not acceptable and they suggested if I needed to return the item the address they’ve given me is in China. I have now taken up my claims through PayPal and they have contacted the company. This will probably take some time. Would not advise anyone to purchase from this site again.

Lengthy delivery time. Garments absolutely dreadful quality and totally unwearable. No clear system for returns so waiting on email response.

I had a bad experience with this supplier. I have ordered some branded perfumes and they promised that they will deliver within 9 days. Now its almost 1 month. when I am trying to send an email, its bounce back. Guys don't buy anything from this website. They're number one fraud.

I didn’t even want to give one star! This site is a scam I ordered a two piece that said delivered and was never delivered the company took my money, when you try to contact them by email it is a fake email address……AVOID!!!! SCAMMERS

Voltan Outlet - Shoes ordered 16/05/25, no sign of them despite several attempts to contact company with no response. Absolute thieves avoid at all costs. Shopify all but useless with any assistance.

Scam site, take your money AVOID

Appalling Customer Service. Wrong item sent and want me to pay return postage. When I refused, was offered a 25% refund and told to keep the shoes. Poor quality, wrong size and damaged. Please do not use this company
