I ordered two pairs of shoes twelve days ago they are supposed to be UK based so I thought I would get them quickly, but twelve plus days now no signe not replying to my emails, i think I,ve been robbed,

Size 5 shoes received size 4 ordered

I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent the wrong size. Too big. Their advert says free returns and exchange but this is untrue. Apparently it only applies to items which are not discounted but on their site everything is discounted. To return the shoes (which they discourage) by tracked post to an address in China ( why outlet uk?) would cost me £19.70 which is more than they cost! I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit, and they aren’t even very good quality. They offered £10 off my next order but I won’t be ordering, plus it cost £4.99 in postage to receive them. Don’t buy from this place!!!

Saw the advert/video about ladies sandals that help your posture etc,and they had a buy 2 get free postage so that's what I did. They arrived today 1 black pair 1 navy pair both in size UK5 EU38. Tried them on the black ones are a really small tight fit and the navy ones are a really big fit (feel more like a size 6). They showed them in the video as being flexible and bendy so more comfortable to walk in and help your posture etc,yet they are not very flexible at all and they look really cheap and tacky(nothing like in the video)I would imagine you'd be able to buy much better from a shoe shop on the high street. Will not be recommending to anyone and very disappointed in them.

Total con. They are not in the uk. Sent me a pr of plastic boots, not leather as advertised. Expected me to pay for return postage and will not inc delivery postage for refund. Offered me 30% refund. Still arguing that they have sent something not as described.

I did not receive what I ordered and was asked to return but they would not pay or refund postage. To return would cost me more than the sandals so I am left with something I will not use and they will not help me. Will never use again.

This company had an advert on social media when I saw a pair of ladies boots I liked. I put them in the shopping basket but didn't actually buy them as I wanted to compare with other sites.
They keep sending me emails asking me to complete the order but I found better elsewhere so didn't order. I cannot go back to the page where I actually put them in the basket to delete. I can't delete. I've sent them 2 emails now regarding this and unsubscribed but i've had another email yesterday. I will never look at there site again I think they are from China.

Order online boots from outlet uk still not received them since seen the site is a scam

I purchased a pair of boots online, firstly did not realise they were coming from China !! I did as they recommended and order 1/2 a size bigger that I normally would for these ankle boots also ordered wide fitting. The boot fitting was fine but the boots tapered to very narrow ankle, so much so that I could not do the zip up. I have sent 3 emails asking how I return the boots but no reply. Now I am stuck with a pair of boots which cost me £25 and cannot return them .

I ordered the Rolex s-m green face which arrived on 15th...I insisted with the courier that the package be opened for inspection before I would pay for it. Inside was a cheap piece of plastic not worth 10 euros. This company is operating a fraud ...do not deal with them...in my opinion the positive reviews are fake

Another chinese delivery of really substandard boots
Worst quality and worst service Ive ever had...
Boots only cost £17 in sale they tell me i have to return at my expense to China ( Cost £21.75 ) and told me they dont encourage returns ,
If i could have given zero stars I would have.
