Outlet Reviews

I didn’t even want to give one star! This site is a scam I ordered a two piece that said delivered and was never delivered the company took my money, when you try to contact them by email it is a fake email address……AVOID!!!! SCAMMERS

Voltan Outlet - Shoes ordered 16/05/25, no sign of them despite several attempts to contact company with no response. Absolute thieves avoid at all costs. Shopify all but useless with any assistance.

Got a coat and Polo shirt and both fake please do not use this fake site

Scam site, take your money AVOID

Appalling Customer Service. Wrong item sent and want me to pay return postage. When I refused, was offered a 25% refund and told to keep the shoes. Poor quality, wrong size and damaged. Please do not use this company

Attention c’est un site fake.

J’ai commandé des baskets pour mon fils et je ne les ai jamais reçus.

Outlet-privée.com donne un numéro suivi pour vous faire patienter.

Le mail du service client est faux également.

Je suis dégoûtée.

Madame HOVINE

Absolutely disgusted with what has arrived. What should have been a linen dress is horrendous material that cannot be worn. Tried emailing several times and the email is bounced back. No way of getting a refund. It is a scam!!!!!

Ordered some shoes on may 6th and still no sign of anything. They are saying they delivered them but I have had nothing. Beware it’s a scam!!!

Warning voltan outlet is a scam. It’s pop up on Facebook don’t do it.

Thank you for all of your reviews…. I nearly ordered but having been “caught” before decided to check out the “real” reviews and I’m so pleased I did. So sorry for the people that have wasted money on this site. Why are they allowed to continue trading?!?!?!

Bought these gucci crappy shoes first of all I NEVER got an email from them the so called shoes are made of plastic they're a HORRIBLE look they don't fit me. These are SCAMMERS 100% Don't buy anything from these ppl bad news

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from their advert on F/B where the reviews sounded good but not the case I wish I'd checked on here first.
I took over 2 weeks for them to arrive from China ? I thought they were based in UK hence Outlets UK another thing misleading. When they finally arrived they were too small I'd ordered size 6 these are a size 5 or less.
I sent several emails to them explaining the problems & all they do is offer a % off, I've told them I don't want them I'd like to return them & have a refund but I've checked it out & it's going to cost me nearly £20.00 to send them back & there's no guarantee that I'll receive the refund which they deduct the postage from its a total scam.
It's not worth the time, expense or aggro sending them back now so this is very much a lesson learnt.

Thanks for the reviews Almost ordered, thankfully decided to check the reviews🤭not good

1 star is too much i ordered 2 pairs trainers from outlets uk on 28th march and still not recieved. When i saw they were uk i thought i would get them quickly but nope they are based in china. They sent me tracking and it was sll in chinese which i couldn't read so demanded they send in english, i then recieve email on 23rd april after i said i hadn't got my parcel that yodel will be delivering them, still nothing downloaded yodel app clicked onto my parcel journey, they said they try to deliver 3 times and nothing not even a note spoke with them and they said to contact sell as they have returned my parcel. I emailed cutomer service if thats what you call them for outlets uk and they said they can only offer 50% refund as they are loosing out as well as they can't be sent back to them, but all trading companies have a returns address thr argument is ongoing as i am determined to get nothing less than full refund from this so called company. An update on my order the courier company had lost my parcel and i finally got a full refund. So beware this company is based in china not the uk.

Glad I read reviews, was going to order them, but thought there was something fishy, thanks everyone

Reading the reviews it looks like there's a few of us been conned with the "leather sandals". I received mine and the quality is appalling. They have responded to my emails asking me to return them to China via the PO tracking service. This company are a joke. I've asked them to show me whereabouts it states I have to pay for a return to China but the response is the same.
Something needs to be done about this company!

Scam?
4 emails to them
Never received item, item was returned it never got to uk was returned to china
I'm now contacting shop( how I pai( and my bank re chargeback
Disappointed with whole process

I have just received my leather sandal I don’t know what this company calls leather but they are clearly delusional. This company is clearly not a uk business and are shipped from abroad. Please everyone in the uk be aware and under no circumstances purchase anything from them. My supposedly leather authopedic sandals are nothing but plastic and arrived in a plastic bag.I ordered a 38 they sent a 39 and you cannot even get them on.

I've been robbed!! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes over 2 weeks ago and no sign of them. I've emailed the company and they said they were on the way...that was over 10 days ago. I can't see them turning up now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
