Utterly disgusted in this company. They forced my employer Ovendo to shut down because the "name and brand" was similar. Now I'm left out of a job and a family to feed.

There's 100s of companies out there with similar names you morons. Also maybe you should look to also sue Ovendo in America and Ovenu.com.

Hate companies like this large corporation that force smaller businesses out of work. Appalling.

I had Tobias from Ovenu Brentwood clean my oven last week and he did an awesome job. He spent 3 hours cleaning it and it looks brand new! Super happy with the result, the customer service and all for a fair price too. Thanks Tobias!

Gordon came out today to sort out my incredibly dirty double oven. They now look like new, I cannot rate this service highly enough.

Paul Hellewell came today and has left our 5 year old electric oven and gas hob gleaming and both looking as new. Very thorough and diligent in his work.
Have used Paul’s service in the past and will again, highly recommended professional.

We recently booked Ovenu Wirral south to clean our double oven.
Sadly we learned that my partner has terminal cancer so we had to cancel with short notice.
Simon Kirkby at Ovenu Wirral was so understanding and helpful and went beyond what we could have ever expected. He assured us it was no problem at all and even offered to do shopping for us or help in anyway he could.
I know we didn’t actually get to use his service yet but I am totally overwhelmed at his kindness.
There’s good customer service and then there are people who really care.
It is small things like this that mean so much.

I have just used Ovenu in Gillingham, Dorset to clean a small, single oven in a flat I was re-letting. The price was £75, which I consider far too expensive for the job undertaken. I was not told the price beforehand but I assumed it would be around £50, which is the going rate from many other companies. I spoke to a gentleman at head office who gave me a standard script about how they were the premiere company etc.etc. but he steam rollered me and was obviously not interested in my comments. I had to pay but I'm really not a happy customer. It may only be an extra £25 but, had they given me the price beforehand I would never have accepted it.

I had my oven and cooker cleaned yesterday by Robert from Ovenu.... and I can honestly say it looks amazing.
He covered all the floors and front of cupboards next to the oven.
He paid such attention to detail.
I am so pleased and will definitely use again... I now have to pass the details to my mum, as she wants to use them.
Excellent Service all round... he even replaced the bulb in the oven and didn't charge me any extra.

Rob Burkitt from OVENU, was here nicely early, fully PPE equipped, his workmanship was flawless, he was meticulous through and made no mess. My oven genuinely looks like brand new ! It’s not as cheap as trying to do it yourself but the results prove it was worth doing . Throughly recommend Rob

Ovenu charged me £95.00 to clean a 60cm cooker with a ceramic hob. Quite expensive I thought. Unfortunately, the finished job was not the quality 'valet' I was promised. The front of the cooker where the knobs are hadn't been touched at all. When I complained I was told that they would come back. Unfortunately this was not honoured. I ended up cleaning it myself before new tenants moved in.
Disappointing service. I would definitely not recommended this company.

Gordon Tibos is one of those ideal tradesmen that you hope to have but Too often don’t get - he was ace! Gordon rang and planned our booking well in advance, then due to the big freeze and travel risk he was very professional about re-booking. He was punctual, very professional and transformed our ovens - which are 12+ years old and had never been deep cleaned, to almost new. He gave us lots of advice about ongoing maintenance and best ovens to buy next time - very useful.

Yesterday I had my oven cleaned by Rob Cunningham of Petersfield. Hants. He did a very professional and thoroughly excellent job. Thank you Rob.

Edward arrived promptly took the internal buts that you cannot reach out of my range cooker, polished and scrubbed it looks like new.

Would highly recommend well worth the extra pennies would definitely use again.

As always excellent work, unlike most of the competition Paul Hellewell strips down a lot of the internals of the oven to get to the awkward parts, i.e. taking off the oven door, removing the fan etc, OvenU are by far the best most consistent oven cleaning company, absolutely worth the extra money. I highly recommend him to all my friends and colleagues.
