Started asking for feedback and a product review before sending the product, then finally contact me to tell me the product is unavailable, generate a refund, and then ask for another product review and a "how did we do".
So to sum up, terrible service.

I ordered an electric window switch on 19 August. #4154. Enquired on Wednesday, 2 September phoned and sent a message to 0430 001 243. No response and I still have not received my electric window switch.

Order said parts delivered in 3 to 8 days so waited to contact them after this time. Email sent after 8 Days but no response received. Phoned to follow up & was told they has sent an email to confirm that the correct radiator had been ordered by me. No email was received by me (also checked my spam folder). Provided Rego & build date for the car and was advised that a different type of radiator was required. Paid for the different type and extra freight. When I went to install the radiator it was still found to be incorrect. Contacted them again and after two days was advised they could not supply the one required, so to return it for a refund. Returned to them by post again at my cost. Tracking shows that the item was received by them 8 working days ago but I have yet to receive a refund. Phoned the number that I had been dealing with but was advised they could not help & to email the sales team. As have had no response to earlier emails nor received the email that they said was sent I do not have a lot of confidence in their systems.

The part was eventually delivered albeit no response to my email follow up
Albeit the part (side mirror) was not exactly the same dimensions as the original but thankfully the mounting plate was exact. So happy the part was eventually delivered happy it’s over and happy it fitted

I paid extra for express shipping because I urgently needed these parts, but my order was delayed and the express shipping service was not provided. I also received no response to my emails or phone calls for two days, which was very frustrating. The seller eventually replied by SMS and agreed to refund the extra amount paid for express shipping, which I appreciate. However, the poor communication and delay caused significant inconvenience. I hope they improve their customer service and dispatch times.

I placed an order on 23 June and paid extra for express shipping, I still haven't received my order.

I ordered this part almost 2 weeks ago. I have sent several follow up enquirie. I have not has a ingle reply or update.

Parts City and Quality Car Parts and various other car car parts websites are the same bloke. Although some customers get their order these people are crooks. According to statistics almost one third of their clients have been swindled. They have my money (over $500) and the returned goods and are keeping both. Their stock response to complaints is simply a diversion to leave a good impression. Stay away, they are internet experts creating financial theft at scale. According to published statistics almost one third of his clients have been swindled. They have my money (over $500) and after advsing me to return the goods they kept both. They have a stock response to complaints which is simply a diversion to leave a good impression without actually doing anything to resolve the matter. They are internet experts creating financial theft. Despite the times they get it right, you have a nearly one in four chance of getting shafted. Stay away. Shop with a reliable supplier elsewhere.

Good product, paid for quick delivery but was very slow getting it

Ordered a radiator fan for my sons mazda2. After the order and $ went through, I get an email saying they can’t deliver to the NT but the NT was on the fright list. I was offered to pay more $ for extra fright or offered a refund. I asked for a refund. 6 months later and many emails and phone calls that are not answered I am still waiting. I have decided now to let people know of my situation. I would recommend another supplier.
