J'ai payé 1,49 € pour la transcription d'un fichier audio, pensant acheter un service ponctuel. Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai découvert un prélèvement de 39,99 € correspondant à un abonnement que je n'avais absolument pas l'intention de souscrire.
Le pire, c'est qu'il est impossible de résilier cet abonnement directement depuis le site internet. Je suis sûre que c'est illégal ! J'ai bien évidemment contacté la plateforme, ils m'ont résiliée mais c'est une réponse automatique donc pas de remboursement !
Ces pratiques sont honteuses !

Just like the other comment, I also confirmed and paid for a one-time transcription for €0.99, but after about 5 days Rileo charged €47 to my account — so even more.
Ich habe so wie der andere Kommentar auch eine einmalige Transkription für 0,99 Euro bestätigt und bezahlt, doch nach etwa 5 Tagen hat Rileo meinem Konto 47 Euro abgebucht also noch mehr.

Arnaque !!! On paye 1 euros puis on se retrouve avec un abonnement automatique à 40 euros par mois !!!
Arnaque !!!! En consultant mes comptes bancaires j’ai constaté avec effrois que j’étais prélevé 40 euros depuis 3 mois pour avoir transcrit un audio il y’a donc trois mois de cela que je pensais avoir payé 1 euro seulement. Quand j’ai voulu aller sur leur site pour résilier mon abonnement, pas possible de le faire directement, il faut contacter le service support. Dans d’autres réponses ils disent « stipuler les conditions d’abonnement » sur leur site, en caractère 5 alors, car je n’en ai rien vu.
Ils m’ont bien eu. C’est en arnaquant leurs clients qu’ils doivent se faire de l’argent. 40 euros par moi pour transcrire des fichiers audio ??? C’est du vol sérieusement. Même un abonnement Canal + coûte moins cher. Ils savent très bien ce qu’ils font, et n’ont visiblement pas honte d’arnaquer des personnes très précaires pour s’enrichir. Aucun mail ne contenant des facturation, aucun mail pour prévenir du quelconque encaissement. C’est de l’arnaque sans nom. Et ça fait mal quand on se fait avoir.
Bref faites très attention à vous.
