Like many of the other Negative Reviews, I had the same BAD EXPERIENCE.
Be aware that they will charge you the Full Price even if you only attend Day 1. To make Matters Worse, you can't simply cancel online—you have to e-mail them to Request Cancellation. This process feels awfully inconvenient and seems designed to make people less likely to cancel.
I found the Pricing and Cancellation Process to be misleading and frustrating. Iy looks like a SCAMM. I would not recommend this service. Read the reviews carefully before signing up.

Same as all bad review, trying to make money by take advantage of the hidden term in the rules. You wont survive or by pass the law even though, we the consumer accepted the term, You will pay for this. I as a poor student can only afford 1,39 euro to do a transcript for my thesis and now must pay 34 eur. You re an unethical company and shame on all the employee who worked for this company. I hope your due will come to you all soon
