Not free - bad communication
googled for free mp3 to txt. Rileo popped up. Easy to use. Only, when I wanted to download it, it turned out to be PAID. Nowhere did it say so. I feel cheated by RILEO.
Answer to RILEO: the experience is really clear, your support is not needed. What is needed, your service designer to:

2. Try your own service

I used this app for audio…
I used this app for audio transcription, paying around €1 for a one-week access. Today, I was suddenly charged €39 for a subscription that I do not recall clearly agreeing to, and I did not receive any clear notification or reminder before the payment was taken.
If there was information about a recurring subscription in small print, it was not made clear enough for an average user to notice. In my opinion, this feels misleading and unfair.
I have already contacted customer support today requesting immediate cancellation of the subscription and a full refund. If this issue is not resolved today, I will contact my bank and report this transaction as fraudulent.
I expect a prompt response and a refund as soon as possible.

Very misleading service from Rileo
Very misleading service from this company. They charge you $1.49 for 7 days and then don't send a courtesy email to let you know your being charged a monthly fee of $56
The welcome email from Rileo at no point states you've entered into a contract with them.
I reached out to support and they told me I could have a free month rather than a refund.
When questioned I was given the standard response of I should have read about it at checkout.
No reminder email was sent to remind me I'd be charged like other companies do in a few days and did I want to continue.
Be careful what your signing up too as I didn't even know how to cancel my account as I didn't have a password they just charged my card.

Same review as the rest of the bad ones. They WILL charge you full price even if you just do the day one. Then on top of it all you have to email them to cancel it which they do to make it more inconvinent for you in the chance you just dont do it. Stay away.

I think an auto download function would be better - it would remove one less process in a fast paced day.
