My shipping mistake

I was out of town and had order sent to ArBnb I was staying in. Did not realize the place had no mailbox, and USPS sent package back. I contacted PartVu and they resent package to my home address. Communication was easy and stress free.

Available parts and prices are good but way too many emails and lack of discount

Available parts and prices are good. I do not like the constant barrage of emails when I put something in my cart. I had sent a message for the "discount" I was promised and it took 4 days for a reply. By the time I got a reply, I had received 8 or 9 messages about my order and cart. AFTER it shipped, I got a coupon code for $25 off, and the "discount" I got was only $15. If you want 5 stars, stop with the over filling of my email, and offer the $25 from the beginning or don't offer it at all. Ticks customers off to get a better deal after they bought what they needed.

Never received my order

I place an order a month ago.
I never received the order. I called and spoke with a customer service rep two weeks ago and she apologized and said they would send a new order out. Two weeks later and I still haven’t received.

We do also see one order that experienced a delay while in transit with the carrier. My go to place for annual PM parts and supplies.

I can usually find the parts I am looking for. Quick shipping and decent prices. The maintenance kits are convenient and priced right. The only down side is when items need to be back ordered or from the factory, it doesn't always show as out of stock. My go to place for annual PM parts and supplies.

Buenos precios, pésimo envío

La página tiene precios atractivos en comparación con los precios en México. El proceso de compra es sencillo y claro. Sin embargo, su principal problema está en los envíos, pasaron días desde la fecha de compra y ni siquiera había generado la etiqueta, tuve que enviar un correo electrónico para pedirles envien mi pedido. La paquetería UPS tuvo la ocurrencia de clasificar mal mi pedido y al parecer lo iban a enviar a otro destino, lo cual atrasó el tiempo de entrega.
En el teléfono de la página difícilmente te contestan, la única vía parece ser el e-mail.
Tal vez el servicio sea bueno dentro de USA, pero en envíos internacionales en definitiva no, además que no respetan los envíos gratuitos que indican en su página.

I ordered via my phone and could not see all of the in. For the first time in yrs I couldn't see exactly what the selection was and picked the wrong yr. Trying to exchange the fuel filter was beyond painful even though I have been a loyal customer for years.

After reviewing your comments, it does appear the incorrect year was selected during the ordering process, which unfortunately led to the wrong fuel filter being purchased. With outboards, even a small year change can result in completely different parts and fitments, making accurate model information extremely important when placing an order.

While this was not an error on PartsVu’s end, we absolutely understand how easy it can be to miss details when ordering from a mobile device, especially on smaller screens. That is exactly why we have a dedicated customer service and parts support team available to assist customers with fitment and compatibility questions before purchase. They gained my trust!

So far, two different marine supplier's from overseas, who boasted being much less expensive than marine supplier's here in the USA, coupled with immediate shipping, an a guarantee one week delivery.
Needless to say, total scams.
We have marine supply places all around this area. None could offer me the price quoted from PartsVu, based out of Florida.
I was hesitant at first, placing another $5k order with a company I wasn't familiar with.
I did anyway. I explained my concerns placing an order with them. They assured me, I would have the motor I ordered, within a week, delivered to my residence. They were polite, professional, and did what they promised.
Motor arrived within a week.
Boxes securely. No damage. Out of the box, onto my boat, ran like a charm.
They earned my trust.

On our end, the refund was processed successfully, and there are no issues showing in our system. In many cases, when a debit card is replaced due to fraud or reissued by the bank, the refund still posts to the original account through an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), even if the physical card number has changed. This can sometimes make it appear as though the refund did not go through.

Order not shipped

I ordered a small simple part on 4/20/26.

I’ve had a dozen spam marketing messages between then and now but the part doesn’t appear to have been shipped. Tracking says label was created and USPS is still awaiting the order from the shipper.

It’s been two weeks and I still don’t even know when my item will arrive.

Due to our shipping volume, USPS and our carriers pick up orders from us in bulk—often by the pallet. Once these shipments arrive at the carrier facility, they are processed through automated conveyor systems rather than individually scanned at each step. Because of this, it can sometimes appear that a package hasn’t moved, or that tracking is stalled at “label created / awaiting item,” even while it is physically in transit. In some cases, initial scans are missed and then update all at once once the shipment is fully processed.

That said, I’ve checked your order and I’m not seeing any meaningful movement in the system. To avoid any further delay, I am going to reship your item.

If the original package does arrive after the replacement, please feel free to keep it or discard it—no need to return it.

We appreciate your patience and apologize again for the inconvenience.

Ordering Yamaha Owners Manual

Yamaha doesn't seem to provide paper copies of owners manual when purchasing new boat/motor so, having a paper copy on hand is nice to have for easy reference.
