I ordered a few watches from this company, it’s been over a month, no response to my email, no tracking order. I’m disputing this charge right away. Wanted to gift the items but now I can’t.

The watch is extremely beautiful,and Molly is patient with helping me resolve the problems,a wonderful shopping experience!

Refund was processed quickly and my new size was shipped out accordingly, thanks for the fast customer service for my beautiful ring. My partner loves it!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. The watch I ordered as a gift was cheap and not worth the money. I reached out to the company 8 times in a three week period to try to get the return authorization. When someone finally responded, I sent the requested information and then they ghosted me again. This company is a total sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered a watch over a month ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched, despite the stated dispatch timeframe having passed. I’ve emailed customer service twice for an update and received no response. Very poor communication and disappointing service.

I was only contacted after leaving this review, at which point I was provided with a tracking reference via a third-party tracking platform and not the original courier’s tracking number. No courier name or courier issued tracking number has been provided, making it impossible to independently verify the shipment.

The lack of transparency, delayed communication, and reactive customer service are very disappointing.

They will evade refunds for as long as possible, offering a reduced refund in an item you don’t want. This company is an absolute scam. The products are of average quality. They try as hard as possible to make it expensive and incredibly difficult to return an item that is unused and in perfect condition. I bought a quite costly watch as a Xmas gift only to find my friend had already received one. I set about the rerun process only to be ignored and given the run around for WEEKS! Refusing to send me the info for the return but instead trying it convince me to get an exchange or partial refund to keep the item I don’t want. It has taken 6 weeks to get a response only after I threatened legal action. I am in a place to pay to take this company to court for the principal of very shady business practices. Avoid them at all cost and Invest in a better quality product.

Watch arrived after waiting over a month. Was beautifully presented in nice box came with pin to remove links in bracelet. The watch itself is very beautiful. Overall im happy with it but the delivery time was long.

Extremely accommodating, very good with communication and quick to respond via email. The ring is beautiful and I had to exchange for a new size and they made the process seemless. Definitely recommend!

I left a review about how bad my experience was and how I got ignored about my order for weeks. They responded back to the review saying they would reach out to me and get the situation resolved out but they never did. I really wanted to like this company but now I’m overly frustrated with it all.

Users want to know whether we are liars or whether you take advantage of collaborators and YouTubers who, at your request, have put their image and work at your service.
We have already written here four times, and you have never responded or defended yourselves by saying whether what we have said is true or false.
Can you clearly say whether you are going to pay what you owe to a collaborator?
Or are you going to appear before users as a company that deceives and exploits its collaborators and then fails to pay what was agreed?

The order I received wasn't faithful to the description at all. It came from China, whereas according to the website, it was supposed to come from California. The quality is so bad that there is no document or ticket that testifies to the authenticity of the materials. I tried to reach out to the customer service at least 3 times—no reply since the 10th of January. Plus, the return was supposed to be done within 60 days, while on Klarna it mentions that the return must be done by the 28th of January, not even a month has passed so far since I received the order.

Took them longer than a month to ship, item was much smaller than advertised, feels and looks cheap, they say they are based in California but ship from China. Utter disappointment and feels like a scam. Could probably buy the same thing for much less on Temu.

I ordered two rings one after an other, after the first one was too small. They both arrived quickly and safety. Customer service did responded to my request of refund for the first ring. I finally got a full refund on the small one and my daughter is today very please with one we kept.

I ordered a ring as a gift but it was unfortunately the wrong size. However, I’ve been working with the customer service team on exchanging it and they have been extremely helpful. I would recommend Pascal.

I had a great experience with Pascal Design. The chain I ordered arrived as described, feels well-made, and has a clean, premium look in person. Shipping was smooth and the packaging was tidy and professional.

I ordered 2 bracelets but the size turned out to be too small for my friend and me. I emailed them asking for an exchange, received a positive response on the same day. So now I'm waiting for the same bracelets in size M.

Delivery of the first two bracelets took a bit longer than I have anticipated simply because those bracelets weren't in stock and needed to be made me and my friend.
