Fast shipping, and customer service

Very good customer service nice ring

I have ordered a watch on Dec 8, it is now Jan 11 and I have not received it. The estimated delivery date was Jan 4. I have emailed the customer support multiple times but no response. At this point I’m not sure if my order will arrive so I am thinking about disputing the transaction with my bank.
Please be aware of this company. Customer service does not respond to inquiries about my order.
When I first placed my order I received a text on both my phone number and WhatsApp. I also received an email so it made me believed that it is legit and that I would get an update status on my order. When my order did not arrive on Jan 4th I started to follow up by email but no response.

I’m disappointed with the customer service.

English : I bought an engagement ring that deteriorated barely a month after purchase, before I could even give it as a gift! I sent four emails and waited more than a month, but I still haven't received a response.

First, I would like to mention that the delivery process was fast and efficient. The customer service support is great. The watch was received well packaged and is absolutely beautiful! This is truly the perfect to give to someone or to get for yourself. I highly recommend getting any item from Pascal. You will not be disappointed!

The double sided diamond promise ring is beautiful and comes in a nice package. The shipping was fast and the support team is responsive. Would buy again from Pascal Design.

The watch I ordered was very elegant and classy alongwith the packaging.I had issue with the dial size,the customer service helped me in a timely manner and I was able to exchange it for another one.

I placed an order on November 28 and paid USD 305.08. For weeks, I was told that my package was “undergoing customs clearance in Georgia.”

After following the seller’s instructions, I contacted Georgia Post, who officially confirmed that the shipment has not entered Georgia and is not in their system. This directly contradicts what the seller repeatedly told me.

After more than a month, the seller still cannot confirm the actual location of my order. Due to the excessive delay, conflicting information, and lack of transparency, I have formally requested a full refund.

This purchase was meant to be a New Year gift and never arrived. I am leaving this review to document my experience for other customers.

I feel completely bamboozled by this company.

Pascal’s marketing is misleading. The ring is presented as if the stones are larger and wrap all the way around the band, but that is simply not true. The ring I received only has stones on the first quarter of the band. What makes this worse is that there are visible holes all the way around the ring where stones could be set, which strongly implies a full or near-full eternity design—yet that’s not what you get.

On top of that, returning the ring is intentionally difficult and expensive. The item must be shipped back to China at my expense, and I’m also charged a restocking fee. Between the misleading presentation and the punitive return process, this company clearly makes their products look far better online than they are in reality.

On top of all of this, I was supposed to receive the ring Christmas and had ordered it a month and a half of four and did not receive it until now

I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a watch, it was lost by the courier company and they fully refunded my money. It took a while but eventually I got my money back.

I have been waiting on my order for over 6 weeks. I have reached to customer service by phone and email and no response. My order has been sitting in Chicago since 12/2 - so a month. My order number is 5679169 if Paschal sees this. Terrible experience thus far.

I ordered a piece of jewelry on November 30 and received an email that it would be delivered between December 23-27. I stopped receiving update emails a couple weeks ago and have reached out multiple times for a status update as the piece has not shipped weeks after the timeframe given. My emails have gone unanswered. I am about to request a refund from my bank for this. I paid a lot of money without a product and expect a refund or this item to ship ASAP.

January 4, 2025 update: the package that was “delivered” via Pascal’s tracking information was 2 Yeti coffee mugs. No jewelry.

I initially ordered the wrong watch (not the one my partner had wanted), but the return and exchange process was incredibly streamlined, fast, and efficient. The customer service experience was smooth and stress-free.

very beautiful products, I received a quality ring, it was a little small for me, but Pascal's team solved this problem perfectly by sending me the right ring.

Der Kundenservice reagierte zuerst gar nicht und lässt einen dann lange warten.
Die Rücksendung muss auf eigene Kosten gemacht werden und die Erstattung hat lange gedauert.
Allerdings gab es ein Entgegenkommen des Händlers und etwas zum Ausgleich.
Somit war die Erfahrung am Ende doch noch gut.
