Jeff is amazing!
I have a vintage wrought iron love seat that I've wanted to get a custom cushion and pillows for, but every time I approached a custom cushion place they indicated they didn't have a template and couldn't help. A friend referred me to Jeff at PatioHQ and he took the time to understand my needs and worked with me to get the appropriate measurements, select fabrics and get the deliverable perfect! The price was reasonable, but beyond that the product was exceptionally made, which for me is the most important component. I got white glove service from Jeff which for an on-line entity is rare. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Easy to order, material quality is superb.

I was thrilled that PatioHQ had the cushions for my set that was originally exclusive to Macy's. They were a bit pricy but no more than Macy's charged when they carried them. Also, I was surprised at how quickly they were produced and shipped.

I first went to the store where I purchased this patio set about 15 years ago asking for a quote for replacement cushions. It was about double what I paid at PatioHQ.
The cushions I got from PatioHQ are every bit as good as the original one.
