I received a confirmation text as soon as I placed the order. Within 24 hours, I received another another text wanting to confirm the colors I had chosen. I loved this! They cared enough to check! I had my cushions within 10 days from that point. And I love them!

Found parts that I could not locate elsewhere at a fair price. Unfortunately when my ordered arrived it was missing key components. Customer service was solid and PatioHQ worked to rectify the problem. Ultimately they sent a new order to me. Only issue was time. Several weeks had pasted before order arrived.

I have ordered several cushions, including a pit group and these folks are the best around. If I could give them 19 stars, I would. They are professionals and keep a line of communication with questions to make sure they are the perfect fit. They will continue to be my #1 source.

Ordered a wicker patio set. Pieces are high quality and packaged well to prevent any damage from shipping. Everything arrived in great condition. Ken was very helpful in making sure the order was correct.

Great patio covers for our curved sofas and wedge end tables. Nice sturdy fabric that fits perfectly over our patio pieces.
Order took 10 days to arrive in Canada, about 12 days faster than we expected.

Solid replacement cushions. One has slight discoloration on the material and they sent replacement set promptly.

I was nervous about ordering online. Cushions fit perfectly. Quality fabric and prefect firmness. Delivered a day earlier than anticipated. It was a much better solution for us to replace cushions for a well constructed patio set than buying a new one- and more economical!

We bought some used Hanamint swivel chairs from Marketplace and replaced the old cushions with Patio HQ matching cushions. The size was not exactly the same as the original but close enough for me. Cushions look great and Sunbrella material seems like it will hold up for menu years to come. Arrival time was earlier than they initially estimated. Price was more than fair compared to original Fortunoff prices. Very happy we found Patio HQ. Would definitely recommend for replacement cushions for Hanamint club chair style #694184.

I was a little hesitant about ordering replacement cushion covers for my patio furniture, but PatioHQ was everything they advertised they would be! The instructions for taking measurements were very clear, and Jeff, their customer support rep, was incredibly helpful when it came to determining just what I needed. My cushion covers fit perfect! And the material seems very durable. I would definitely order from them again.
