Beautiful sofa. Delivered in a timely manner. HQ customer service returned phone call quickly to answer questions I had. Delivery company did a great job too! No damage to packaging or sofa. Very pleasant experience overall.

Reasonable price and custom sizing. I have non standard sized outdoor couch.
Got an estimate locally for only custom sized seat cushions without piping. Patio HQ gave a better price for seat cushions with piping and back cushions. Glad I found this company.

Your company do a great job

Back of 1 chair (of 2) was packaged with a minor but noticeable scratch. This was not a delivery problem. The part was wrapped well. It had to be wrapped, boxed and sent out with damage already existing. Everything else seems in good order. But it does not stop the disappointment that someone was uncaring enough to box a damaged new product. UPDATE: Based on review above which at first was given 3 stars, Patio HQ reached out to me and offered options to remedy our disappointment and followed through as promised. It was a high caring and quality experience having them resolve the issue in a satisfying way. Thanks Patio HQ!

We're happy with the cushions. They are good quality and we anticipate them lasting a long time. Love that we can take the covers off to wash them.

I had ordered from several other companies and they just weren’t the size I needed. One of the good things about PatioHQ is they will make to order. I lucked up and they had my size. They fit perfectly and the color is what I wanted.
