Our order came in on time and the quality was excellent.

Totally unresponsive to phone calls and emails. What is up with that? Did receive what i ordered; however, it took more than two months. Made a call to leave another voicemail on a sunday night and someone answered. I received our replacement cushion the next week

The deep seat cushions are absolutely beautifully
made, the material is lovely and I am very happy my with my custom order.
The problem I had was, I could not get into the website to see shipping status, shipping took over a month, and I had to call a few times to see when my item would be shipped. Kenneth was absolutely wonderful on helping me expedite the shipping process that seemed to sit in the warehouse and having the cushions arrive soon after our conversation.

The customer service could not have been better. I was a little nervous initially with the dimensions and color choice of my cushion, but the gentleman on the phone was so helpful and suggested I take pictures of the room so he could help me with my color choice. When I did finally place my order, the cushion was actually done two weeks earlier then predicted so I was able to get it in place before my renters moved in. It was a wonderful experience.

Great product delivered on time

Furniture pilot holes were very off making it very hard to assemble. Waiting for the sofa to be exchanged as it cracked trying to get screws in they were so off. The cushions seam very light weight and not the quality we have on our other patio furniture but the wood seems good quality. Their customer service so far has been great and we got it for Christmas.

I ordered covers for my cushions on my outdoor sofa and chairs (Jensen deep lounge set) and they are perfect. The back cushion covers are a little big but my set is over 10 years old so they may have changed the size in that time. They still look so good. I'm so happy to have covers that I can take off and wash if need be. Thank you!

Great pricing on quality Sunbrella fabric, Ashe colorway, replacement outdoor cushions with black cording. They came much more quickly than I was expecting. It was a very easy purchase!

Initially, I had difficulty in placing the order online but I subsequently received an email from PatioHQ recognizing the difficulty I was having online and asking if they could be of assistance. I was suspicious at first thinking that it might be a scam, but once I realized that it was not, with PatioHQ's assistance, we got the matter cleared up and the order placed. Phone calls were exchanged and the person I dealt with couldn't have been any more helpful! Thank you! He explained to me how the ordering and purchasing process worked and provided me with a phone number where I could text or call him directly. It took a while to receive the chairs and I knew that going in when I placed the order but they were delivered as promised and at a price that was only slightly higher than what we paid several years ago from a local vendor for the same chairs.

The cushions came before the expected delivery date and, so far, they have been comfortable.

I was so happy to find a place that allowed me to purchase replacement cushions for my discontinued patio set. The order was simple to place.
