Pattinson Estate Agents Reviews

Pattinson Estate Agents provided an outstanding, professional service throughout both the sale and letting of my properties. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and highly successful. I highly recommend them.

Thank you Dawn!

It was a rollercoaster buying via auction but dawn kept me in the loop and chased everyone when it was needed. She is a credit to the company.

I would never buy via auction again if I could help it but dawn made a very stressful time less so.

Thanks again!

Shout out to Durham pattinsons also, Mackenzie did a great job dealing with me at the begining of the process as I had 1 million questions.

Thanks again

Phoebe Warnes has been great. Very professional and willing to answer calls after office hours. Kept in touch and has done everything we have requested.
Carly List came today to value the property and she too was amazing.

Any chance I can give them 0 stars? that's exactly how many starts they deserve from me.
This agency is a waste of time! We decided to sell our family home and chose Pattinson agency to do advertise it. What a mistake! While we were on holiday, they said we got an offer on the house, we accepted it and they took the house of the market before the buyers even came to see it. What a joke! The house was off the market for 3 months and after months of waiting we got in touch with the buyer ourselves and they said apparently they can't even get a mortgage, meanwhile Pattinson agency staff kept reassuring they are working in the background! 🤣🤣🤣 House went back on the market, used Purple bricks to advertise it, paid a very small fee (3 times smaller) compared to Pattinson agency. Never again! What a rubbish agency don't deal with them. Liars and very incompetent! Purple Bricks sold our house within a month. They also valued our house at £5k more. Choose wisely!

The Bedlington team were extremely helpful and made my experience a lot easier than I thought it would be moving back to the uk . Great communication from Faye, Jack and Eloise . Thank you

Sophie In the Washington Tyne and Wear branch is absolutely amazing , when our house fell through we were devastated but she assured us she would do her very best to sell it asap - and she did!! I can’t recommend this branch and particularly Sophie enough

Very helpful and supportive during the process of filling everything in. Terri gave us excellent service and helped us through everything we needed.

This is the second property we’ve sold through Pattinson at auction. Carly at Regional Office made sure that the properties were evaluated and both sold quickly. Her support and attention to detail was brilliant.

We sold our late mum’s house at auction through Pattinson’s. Darren Porter impressed us from the outset and provided us with professional guidance. Post auction the team (including Caitlin Pattinson and Dawn Fuller,) couldn’t have been more helpful, including supporting us through some minor challenges. Many thanks all

Johnny was so helpful, nothing was a problem for him. I could contact him anytime with questions. Very pleasant and his good service resulted in a successful conclusion for the sale and purchase of my house. Thank you 🙂

Hilary and her colleagues at the Houghton office helped secure a quick offer and then did all they could to drive the sale through to completion. Regular updates were provided throughout and she was always quick to reply to any queries. Thank you !

Spotted the sold board on a property next to mine and decided to give Keith Pattinson a go.
Called the Whickham office and spoke to Ian Robson who was very helpful .
The property was marketed and viewings were conducted by Ian and Josh .
I was kept well informed about the viewings and the interest in my property by all the staff including Chloe and Lyndsey.
I was found a buyer very quickly and got exactly what i wanted for the property .
I also used the conveyancer that Pattinsons suggested ,who were Taylor Rose and was extremely pleased with them also. Ten out of Ten for Sophie Kelly.
I wouldnt hesitate to use Keith Pattinson in Whickham for any future House sales.
Great Customer Service.

Great advice from Raz who advised auctioning my deceased parents house . Then Janine Taylor looked after us making a complicated process hassle free . Regular updates suggestions on price dealing with 3 siblings Janine was professional and patient . A real star .

Daniel Fisher was an excellent help to me with the sale of my late Father's home. He sensed my tension and anxiety and talked me through the whole process, was on hand to reply to my questions , and did house viewings in a professional manner.
I can not fault Daniel and the guidance shown towards me, thank you.
Towards End of the sale dealing with Auction properties, information became scarce from our Solicitors, however Dawn Fullard was a brilliant help to me.
She chased up the correct people and replied to me whenever I had a question or a little Meltdown.
Overall I cannot fault the professionalism and care shown to me on what has been a very traumatic time for me.
