Thanks to the timely and attentive support from Alexandria from the start of purchase to completion, together with initial settling-in help from Isaac, my overall experience with Peabody was excellent.
I'm very grateful for the kindness and reassurance shown during what can obviously be quite a stressful period.

Just exchanged contracts on a flat at the beautiful Chelsea Botanica development. I’ve had a great experience so far and would recommend Peabody to anyone looking into shared ownership.

Special mention to Deken in the Sales progression team, who has been amazing. He is always super prompt to respond with any information or updates. He has been very reassuring during the ups and downs of the process and the periods of waiting, making it all feel less painful!

Josh and Oscar in the sales team were also great. Really friendly and helpful from start to finish (and patient with me and my many emails and messages!).

A huge thank you to Ifrah, Ilona and Deken for all their support and assistance from my first visit to the site right through to completion on my new apartment. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure I had the requisite information in relation to the property, which enabled me to make an informed decision about the purchase and allayed the initial concerns I had about the concept of shared ownership. The wonderful support has continued post completion with assistance from Kline and colleagues on the New Homes Customer Care Team, who have responded to queries swiftly which has been so reassuring. I would definitely recommend purchasing a home through Peabody as it is clear that they put customer service that the heart of everything that they do.

My recent purchase of a beautiful shared ownership apartment in Oval Village through Peabody has enabled me to achieve my long held dream of living in a fantastic Central London location which I had thought would be beyond my reach. The apartment will be suitable for me for the rest of my life and after 16 turbulent years of renting my home I will finally have peace and security. Tracey Harvey and Becky Hopkins were both very kind, understanding and helpful throughout the whole purchase process which at times was needlessly stressful due to poor communication by Alexander JLO, Peabody’s recommended firm of solicitors. That was the only hitch and not Peabody’s fault!

Shared Ownership: Amazing staff. Always available to respond to queries. However, the plot you are about to buy remains a surprise until you have purchased it. The model houses are always appealing. Once you have made reservation, they give you 6 weeks to get to exchange date, which is slightly pressuring. All over, we had a smooth journey with Peabody over other companies like L7Q, Regenta, Latimer etc. Communication was great and there was always someone checking up on us, which made me feel reassured throughout the entire process

Absolute joke of a company they owe me over £400 and I can not get a refund from my account that is in credit. The reason I am in credit is an over charge on there part after staircaseing. Been waiting 5 weeks. Even my complaint has been ignored. The person who is dealing with my refund call Daniel ignores my emails. All I want is what is rightfully mine. Please very careful before you buy a shared ownership home with these!

We could not have asked for a better service for finding our home. Oscar and Deken went above and beyond and made the whole thing feel relaxed and easy and knew the answers to every question we asked. When Oscar showed us around the flat his passion for the job shone through and made the entire experience a delight. Deken was extremely responsive and helpful and they both played a huge role in our trust in the company.

I’ve just purchased my first home through Peabody. Alex Sealey was my Sales Executive for the purchase, providing support and guidance throughout the process, above and beyond expectations. Through inevitable challenges in the mortgage application process, Alex had my back and would calmly find solutions - genuinely a great guy and someone you really want to have on your team. Emerson was incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive from the very beginning. He really went above and beyond to help me find my ideal flat and guided me through every step of the process with so much care and attention. He even took the time to help connect me with suppliers from the showroom, which made a big difference in bringing everything together.

Rosie was equally helpful after reservation, supporting me through exchange and completion and making sure everything stayed on track. Both Emerson and Rosie took the time to clearly explain the incentives and made what can often feel like a complex process so much easier to understand.

Buying through shared ownership can feel overwhelming at times, but they made the entire experience feel smooth, supported, and genuinely enjoyable.
