Can't recommend Penny and Sinclair enough!! After several terrible experiences with another estate agency, P&S completely surpassed all of my expectations (particularly Joe and his team). Joe is friendly, helpful and always strives to make the process as seamless and easy as possible. He was always responsive, respectful and was so dedicated. I felt like he was completely in my corner which made the selling process much easier to deal with.

As a tenant in a property managed by Penny and Sinclair I have the following feedback;

1. We made a complaint about black mould in the house 7 times over the course of 6 months. It was never dealt with, and we ended up leaving the property. - It was disgusting and had spread to three rooms!

2. Penny and Sinclair were the property managers and were most certainly more on the 'side' of the landlord, and not the tenant.

3. Other maintenance issues took months to get them solved.

4. Our assigned 'property manager' changed 4 times in the space of 14 months. (That tells me more about the company culture than anything else!)

5. At the end of the tenancy, it has taken a month (and counting) to get the final documentation and we still haven't had our deposit released!

Thinking of renting through Penny and Sinclair? - I would suggest you choose one of the other agencies in Oxford.

Our experience with Penny and Sinclair has been very pleasant from start to finish. Joe assisted us throughout the journey to buy our first home and he was very responsive and helpful to say the least. The process took a little longer than we expected but it was no fault of P & S who always kept us informed of any delays and would go above and beyond to do anything they could from their end. Overall, we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend for sellers or buyers.

Penny & Sinclair have handled two sales for me over the last 10 years, the most recent has just completed. In both cases they were excellent, the lasted was a complicated sale, that was handled with a professional yet friendly manner. ALL calls were answered, all emails replied to, with the flow of information timely and informative. Highly recommended, all estate agents should work this way - very impressive.

Amber and Georgia are always responsive and very helpful. We regularly need short let accommodation for visiting faculty and the rentals are always of a high calibre.

We've just exchanged on a property through Penny and Sinclair Oxford. The experience has been excellent from start to finish. I had full confidence in sales manager Joe Worsell whose knowledge, integrity and sense of fairness guided us through what can sometimes be a daunting process. A great team too.

Rented a beautiful house in Summertown for 4 months through Penny and Sinclair. I live in Australia and yet arranging everything remotely was hassle free and the team have been very responsive to my queries whilst living in the house.

We approached Penny & Sinclair when my family needed short-term accommodation in Oxford this summer. Over three months, we stayed in two areas, Jericho and Summertown, and right from the start, it was outstanding. Georgia Guy, who's in charge of short lets, made everything easy for us, from moving in to leaving. She and her team found the perfect lets for us in no time, understanding exactly what we needed.

Throughout both stays, we were in the good hands of Georgia, Emily, and Amber. They paid attention to the little things that mattered to us, especially since we were there with our two daughters. Their prompt responses and the initiative they took to ensure our comfort made it clear they understood the nuances of a travelling family's needs.

Getting our deposit back was no hassle at all, and they did so with the highest level of professionalism. What also stood out was how they planned our check-out around our hectic schedule, which meant one less thing to worry about.

Penny & Sinclair aren't just doing business. They genuinely care, and it shows in how they treat you. It's like they're welcoming you into a community, not just renting you a place to stay. We can't recommend Penny & Sinclair enough for any family looking for a worry-free stay in Oxford. We're looking forward to our next stay with them!

Penny Sinclair letting agency provided us with an excellent service with the renting of our property this summer. They were most efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the let their property for long or short term rentals.

Efficient and fast. I needed to find places to stay in the short term and they were really fast. Service was good and the flats were great!

We have had excellent service from all the staff but a very special mention must be made of Joe Worsell. He has guided the process, helped with the difficulties, been always quick to respond. He knew all the details and if I had a question he could not answer he found the facts very quickly.

It was in the perfect location, the apartment was well-appointed, and the customer service was great. We were met with a very lovely agent who walked us through the apartment and offered her sincere apologies for the slight inconvenience of an alarm going off in the building.
