Excellent ! Shahzad Taj

Very easy and straightforward - particularly given that I booked Umrah + Cairo holiday combo package.
All handled very efficiently.

I would like to thank brother Shahzad Taj from Perfect Umrah for helping me to process and book my hajj tickets (2017). Although I have never met Shahzad everything went super well at the blessed cities of Mecca Shariff and Medina Shariff as promised.

Our travel agency was F & I Hajj and Umrah packages. They were excellent! I must say so they were very organised!

We as a family are extremely pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Shahzad. He was very patient with us and understood our requirements and acted accordingly which is highly appreciated till today.

Although i never meet with Amir Hafiz and Shehzad personally, every thing was settled over the phone and bank transfer apart from submitting the documents and passports and surprisingly every thing went so well. I recommend Amir Hafiz services to everyone, Nice 5* category hotel (Dar ul Eiman Grand) in Mecca with breakfast buffet and lovely hotel in Madina(Dar ul Eiman Grand)very near to Masjid.Although the rooms were not ready when we reached there and we had to wait for aproximately 45 minutes in Mecca speacially which was little annoying after a long journey but all the shops for food were near by and we find the biggest and cheapest arabic perfume shop at the last day in Al Safwa Tour.
The zayarat for Mecca and Madina was nice too, Our Driver came on requested time.

We chose perfect umrah packages for our visa applications to Saudi Arabia. We were dealt with by Hafiz Amir who was very helpful. He started our application process on a Tuesday and we received our documents back in the post by Saturday. Very fast and reliable service, would use again and recommend.
