What a lovely company to deal with, nothing was to much trouble for them to deal with. The service I received was first class, and highly recommend them to all who require a umrah or Hajj packages.

This company came up when we did a random search for Umrah packages available. Initially contact was not made but pleasantly surprised when we received a prompt call back from mr Shahzad Taj, Perfect Umrah, he went on to explain the packages available that could meet our needs and time constraints.
This was to identify suitable flights, hotels and transportation during our stay, I feel that boundaries were pushed to cater for needs in an extremely supportive way.

Emails and phone call were made by Perfect Umrah during our visit to ensure that we were well and everything was going to plan.

Before get in tuch with time Travel i had called other service providers but not satisfied me.

I want to appreciate an extraordinary service provided by the travel agent "Sameer Siddiqi" who was excellent in providing detailed information to all quarries. He provided us well informed and comprehensive attention to details for available package options. Every stage was managed professionally and with great care.

I used Shehzad sb services for obtaining the visa for 11 family members. He was always available to discuss the options and would always respond in time. Passports were dispatched within time to our home address.
Would use his company again as are highly recommended.

Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Brother Hafiz Amir. This is the first time I am performing Umrah with my young family and was really apprehensive in booking Umrah with a company I Goggled. I have spoken to many Travel Agents, however, after speaking to Brother Hafiz Amir, I decided to take the plunge and book the package with the company. I made an excellent choice.
I can say from the first day we made contact the service delivered by Brother Hafiz Amir was excellent and alleviated any apprehension and concerns that I had.

Brother Hafiz Amir kept me up to with the status of our package, answered all question clearly but more importantly promptly. This allowed me to concentrate in preparing for Umrah. It felt as though I was the only customer he was dealing with. I have left the planning of the package to Brother Hafiz Amir and seems to have done an excellent job.
