Having invited other agents to look at marketing my elderly mothers property. Once we met Katie with her friendly professional approach it was so easy for us to make our choice as to who we would engage with. Throughout the whole process the team were brilliant especially Cheryl who went over and above what she was contracted to do. Knowing that both my sister & I lives miles away and would not be on hand to deal with things. Five Star rating is an understatement.

Following the excellent help and advice we received when buying our cottage, we decided to go with Perkins George Mawer & Co for letting it out. This is our first time letting a property and the whole process has been made very easy. Christian came and viewed the cottage on a Friday, the next week it was on the website and other property letting sites and by the following Monday we had a tenant. They move in this week. So quick!
