Anna Miller gave excellent customer support. Sadly the collar was too large for our tree climbing kitty but a great idea.

I am glad that my cat loves it and even can stay 24 hrs wearing it comfortably.
I think, petTracer collar and app are the best for safety and my mind.
Never lost it.
Light weight.
Close to neck.
And ability to use the station as mobile one for deeper search.

Great customer service support from Zoe. Over the festive period our collar lost communications. We tried troubleshooting the device, followed Zoe’s advice and sent photos of the collar and home station to confirm. Zoe saw we were in warranty and immediately offered an exchange, even loading the new collar to the profile and app. All we had to do was charge and switch on the collar back up and running.

Highly recommend we have used the device for a few months with our active bengal who likes to travel far so wouldn’t be without a device.

I have a collar for one of our cats,who's a potential flight risk, and it's been amazing! Love the peace of mind of knowing where he goes and where he is. After about a year the collar developed a fault, after unsuccessfully trying to get it working I emailed support and they were so helpful. They said the collar was broken and offered me either a free replacement,or an upgrade at a massively discounted price. I opted for the upgrade and was emailed a link and a discount code straight away,I ordered it and it was delivered the next day! Zoe Jones who I dealt with was super helpful and I would 100% recommend this product and company. Excellent product and fantastic customer support.

Our cat went missing for a week and over a mile away. When she returned we didnt really want to let her out without a tracker. We researched alot of trackers and came to the conclusion this one was the best on the market. We asked a few questions to pettracer before purchasing and they where really fast in responding and really helpful. Had the tracker for over a month and really impressed. A tracker that works! Thank you. Having tried two other devices before this, I am pleased to say that this gps and radio tracker is marvellous! I can now see exactly where our cat, Dougie, travels to day and night! He has been lost recently and we never want that trauma again so hopefully PerTracer will do the trick ! He doesn’t even seem to realise he’s wearing it. Thank you.

I moved from Hong Kong to U.K. with my 3 cats in 2022. They were have always been house cats before the migrants since it's the law over there, they have never seen a car or a road. Lifestyle is 180 degree different in U.K. as most cats know the area more than humans do and they all have their daily agenda.

I live with my relatives here where they always leaving their door open, trying to keep my 3 indoors was an immediate challenge and I know I owe them that freedom. I spent a week looking for options to be able to keep track with their whereabouts and I found a YouTube video that someone did a detail comparison of pet trackers, there were totally 10 brands.

Right away I loved the look of Pettracer, not chunky and I shapes like a collar, even better, it's quality and functionality is miles ahead than the rest. I went straight to their website and got one for each of my cats. £200+/year is not cheap but it is totally worthed, more worthed than getting pet insurance, trust me.

My cats never had to wear any collars, so in the beginning, they were scratching and trying to get it out a lot. All 3 of them got bald spots around the neck in the first month of wearing. I had to take a break and only put them on whenever I let them out and that did the trick. Besides my Bengal was still found it irritable till the end, really scratched and constantly rolled around trying to get rid of it. But he was the one who really needed it the most cause he got lost and didn't know how to come home for days.with all the bearings, his collar is still working perfectly, really well made.

I take them on road trips in the campervan with me and I had the station setup connected with my mobile phone hotspot. It is a great piece of mind, knowing where they are, and sometimes, it is scary to know where they have gone. I find Pettracer not only being able to keep track of them, it also helps me build trust and confidence with my cats, remember they are highly intelligent beings and sometimes over worrying is unnecessary.

The GPS location is approximately within 10m, and the station is the bomb, it is always spot on.

Customer service is superb, I always get a reply within hours, and always very helpful, informative and caring. The reason I said that is because my Bengal just passed away suddenly last week, I emailed Pettracer and told them about my loss and requested them to cancel his subscription. Instead, they are being so caring and thoughtful, they have forward the Bengal's subscription as an extension to my other cat. Now I am extra year free subscription. I am very thankful of their thoughtfulness and great service.

You are in good hands with Pettracer. Highly recommended.

Always a good service, always ready to help

I've had Petracer for four years, after three episodes where a long absence had us out in bitter weather looking for the cat. I would not be without it. The GPS tells me her territory, and her routes. I can see where she has been, whereabouts she is. And the radio signal makes it easy to pinpoint cat and collar (if lost), within a few centimetres. I can check on her wherever I am! So reassuring.

We're delighted with PetTracer. It's so reassuring to be able to allow Rafael out and still be able to track where he is on your phone. The GPS gives you a good idea of his location and lets you learn his pattern of movement during the day. The radio feature has allowed me to meet my cat in the dark in an alleyway exactly where the tracker said he was. Catching him was another matter :-) The collar is light discreet and Rafe accepted it straight away. James provides excellent support while you learn how it all works - he responds very quickly, thoroughly and methodically. I needed and appreciated this support. There is a learning curve while you get used to the tracker. Just have a little patience at the start. Like everything, the technology probably has a little further to go. Still we are so much better off than we were before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PetTracer. It's made a real difference! Money well spent.

Man weiß immer wo sich seine Fellnase rumtreibt und kürzlich konnten wir durch die Funkortung unsere verloren geglaubte Katze nach 2 Tagen in einer verschlossenen Garage finden und sie wohlbehalten befreien. We love how light it is, the only drawback is, occasionally the GPS location bounces around and shows are cat much further away than his actual location,

Both me and my husband can regularly check on the location of our stubborn British Shorthair who chose his destiny to be outdoors and this collar gives us the peace of mind as to where he is especially living close by to train tracks.

The light on the collar could be better, and we could really do with sound too but it works great in winter to locate him as he hates the flashing light being on and legs it home to get inside so we remove his collar 😅

Great! Knowing I can see where my cats are. The light on the collar is a great addition. Bought this as we moved house and my cats were not used to freedom. The area we moved to is safe for them but being able to see what they are up to gives us peace of mind.

I ordered the PetTracer cat collar after our cat went missing — we only found him because someone posted on a lost-pet site saying he’d been seen about four blocks from our house. After that close call, the collar has been invaluable: it shows Charlie usually doesn’t wander far and lets us locate him quickly when needed, which gives us real peace of mind. When I had a setup issue, customer service responded promptly and resolved it, and Mirco from support was especially helpful — walking me through the setup and following up to make sure everything stayed connected. Overall, great product and excellent customer service — highly recommended for anyone with a roaming pet.
