Very pleased!!

found the collar within 10 minutes after my cat removed it and on another occassion my cat dissapeared for 2 days and i tracked him down not too far away--

No doubt this is the best system and my 2 cats find it comfortable to wear- since they are light weight--

These are fantastic products that bring us a lot of peace of mind with our cats. We have also found the customer service to be excellent. The team are very responsive and have helped us with whatever we need. Thoroughly recommended.

The pettracer collars may not be perfect but they are currently the best on the market in my opinion and I've been running three of them for the past five years.
Part of what makes them so good is the truly excellent service that comes with them. I have had collar failures and losses but the team have answered my technical queries with great skill and promptness. And, possibly even more importantly, when something needs fixing or replacing they act quickly and decisively, the two year warranty is never quibbled over and a replacement collar is in the post sometimes within hours of the request.

I have had my PetTracer for a couple of months and it is brilliant. The collar’s light and does not bother my cat at all. Love that I can track him when I’m at work and see his favourite spots ;-)

I didn't use the collar but my experience of their customer service/support was great; prompt responses, very kind and helpful, and all quickly solved with no hassle.

Amazing device
petTracer has been amazing for us. We live near a main road and I used to panic every time our cat didn’t come home in the evenings. Now I just check the map and see he’s safe in a neighbour’s garden.

I have been using petTracer for nearly 5 years now ! (After Jasper went missing for 3weeks !) it’s peace of mind knowing where he is & very accurate too ! Light weight & it’s seems like it comfortable for him !

We have three cats and bought three collars. Two cats lost their collars within the first month. We spent hours walking around with the mobile radio station, turning on the collars sound, listening and looking for the collars. The LIVE GPS positions kept jumping around even though the collars were not moving. There is no contact number to ring for help. Product is a complete waste of time. Don't waste money on it.

We brought a collar for our cat after our other cat went missing and sadly never returned. I did my research and brought the petTracer as I liked the idea of having the added security of having 2 different ways of tracking him if missing. The customer service has always been great and response really quick and the collar itself- brilliant. He came home without the collar last night and I had accidentally left the collar on fast mode so it had drained the battery really quickly. I emailed customer service this morning who informed me there was still a little bit of battery left, and to go to the last GPS signal but also gave me instructions of how to use the base as a radio tracker. (Thanks James!) This was slightly tricky as reception in the village I live in is pretty poor but luckily the tracker was exactly where the GPS signal said it was! The cost is higher than other trackers however in my opinion it is worth every penny.

I really thought my cat's collar was malfunctioning or lost for good but James at PetTracer was determined and walked me through all of the stages of how to find it. Luckily it's the version with a led light and after a bit of tracking and getting that the signal was improving, I suddenly saw flashing on a path behind a house where I'd already looked. What a relief! Thank you James and PetTracer for your help and patience.

The customer service was brilliant. Amy helped me receive a refund after realising that my pet tracers were not required after our move to America. The communication was really clear and the company went over and beyond to ensure that my refund was given. If we ever return to the UK, I will certainly be using this company again.

I bought this product because my cat Maisie is a bit of a wanderer and has caused us quite a few anxious nights and days when she doesn't come home. Since I bought the collar it has been a revelation as to where she goes each evening exploring areas around where I live that I wouldn't have ever guessed she would go.
Fortunately I have not had to use the collar to find Maisie but I have had to use the technology to find the collar when she decides to hide it somewhere on her travels. On four occasions now I have had to go search for the lost collar and have found it each time. Using the history heat map and lines views I have found the areas most likely to be where she ditched it. It's a bit of a faff to setup the mobile home station to go find it and I do get some strange looks as I rummaged through bushes and greenery but I have always found the collar. I am more than happy to recommend this collar. Just being able to look on a satellite view of where your cat goes is so helpful in itself as you can see where their favourite places are whilst out wandering.
Also the company provides really fast and great support if you are having issues figuring out how to use the technology.

From the moment I contacted the company for advice they were really helpful. Once I received the collar and had questions they were really quick to answer. The set up of the collar was really easy. Would definitely recommend PetTracer.

Have had a Pettracer collar for one of our cats for two years. He's very independent and out most days during the warmer weather. He went missing for 4 days and we got the collar after that for peace of mind. It's good to know where he is, even if he's not far away. It's great to see how far he does go and where his territory is.

A great product, and what really makes it even better is the amazing customer service! The team is always available to help and answer any questions. Such quick email turnaround times, friendly and knowledgeable staff, who keep you updated on everything from your order, product updates FYI's etc. My shipping was delayed and PT offered me a free month's membership to say sorry. AMAZING:)

Our cat lost her collar. Without the mobile home station and beeper it would have been impossible to find. It was wedged between two logs under a mass of brambles. Amazing.

What an absolute waste of money, I can’t begin t tell you how bad it is. It doesn’t update for hours and you can’t even tell if your cat is even in the house or outside, we only received it less than 24hours ago and we’ve started the process of returning it. Don’t buy Don’t buy…You have been warned

The collars are great - they don't look as big as a lot of other tracker collars and the cats seem very comfortable in them. The ability to use GPS as well as the radio signal is really useful, especially as our cats like to hid under things where GPS might be less strong.

The support team are amazing - they are very quick to respond and provide lots of detailed help, for example when one collar stopped working they helped us with it remotely, and another time they sent us a replacement collar and set it all up for us on the portal so it was ready to use straight away.

I would 1000% recommend the collars for your cats!
