Phoenix RC Automotive Reviews

Excellent service, really helpful and professional. Excellent level of service and very friendly, maybe some dealers and other car salesman should learn from the guys at Phoenix.

I recently viewed the Phoenix RC - Auto website and found a Range Rover Sports for sale. It looked amazing and although had age with it, you could tell that it had been well maintained and cared for. When viewed the office was closed, so the following Monday I phoned them straight away and spoke to Luke who was informative with the questions I asked. As I lived a fair distance away and did not want to lose the chance of buying the vehicle I put a deposit down on the vehicle. I could not be more reassured about the state of the vehicle after talking to Luke.
The following day we visited the salesroom and was greeted by Luke and other members of the very friendly staff. We could not believe how good the vehicle was. An agreement was made and two days later the vehicle was on my drive. It had been cleaned, valeted and all the little problems sorted. Well done to all the staff and in particular Luke who was very polite and efficient in his job.

Staff are very friendly and professional but there was a few things hidden on the car that i wasn't told about but id still recommend them to future buyers .

The car sales Gentleman (Mag) was brilliant. He kept me in the know, and reasured me of any doubts. He was very thorough, making sure the vehicle was what to be expected. The staff at the complex, were very welcoming. Phoenix auto sales, I recommend.
