I have no words for how horrendous this company are!! It took 3 weeks for my personalised wallet to come. When it arrived I couldn't believe how awful it was and it looked nothing like the photo I had sent. Please do not waste you money, what this company are doing is fraud! This wallet was not fit for purpose and I had to purchase another one! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Wow. Just wow. The product is really really poor quality. Literally can't even see what the picture is supposed to be. The 3d print just hasn't worked properly at all. Not even close to an acceptable level of quality. Infact its unfit for purpose and is unrecognisable. It just looks like a textured plastic ball for £30

I wish there was a way that I could offer no stars. Their lack of communication is terrible. I purchased a moonlamp for my 32 year old daughters Christmas from her younger 18 year old brother. He saved up and picked the photograph himself. I gave him an extra £9.99 for the expedited shipping (five to eight business days) He purchased the item on December 11th and after receiving the email that the item had been ordered, we did not hear anything again. Their lack of communication is a serious problem and today we have just found out that the item will not be here until December 29th. Due to Covid the only day we can see our daughter is on Christmas Day and then we will not see them for four weeks. I had to buy something else to replace the gift, so my daughter at least receives something from her brother on Christmas. 18 Days is ridiculous. When we ordered the expedited charge did not have anything written beside it apart from the amount of days. They have now added the following which was most definitely not there on December 11th 2020. 'Shipping method
Expedited (5-8 business days specified production time excluded)'. They have obviously received many emails from customers like our family and decided to change the small print. When you complain they send out a very generic email that makes you feel like it is your own fault, stating that I should note that it takes time to personalize and we should have checked the reminder product page.

Very disappointed indeed. I wish I could attach a photograph of their email. We were so delighted when we first ordered and my son was excited about his sister receiving something so lovely for her Christmas as like most we have had a difficult year. He feels so let down. I thought I was helping keep an independent business afloat. I now wish that we had not bothered as they have completely let us down.

I received my product broken in a thousand pieces I cannot believe how the company packed it. No surprise it was broken however Frank gave me great service in getting my refund back. Frank does have good customer service

Rubbish Service, ordered 25th November on 5-7 day delivery. Awful Service

Please don’t touch this company. They are fraudulent scammers who charge you a fortune in delivery charges and then don’t send the goods. Impossible to get hold of and then the response is simply a repetitive email. I paid almost double the cost of the product to ensure that a Christmas present arrived for my daughter (2-4 days express delivery). 10 days later I am still waiting for my product and have now had my third repetitive email telling me it has been sent with a Royal Mail ‘tracking number’ Royal Mail do not recognise the tracking number as one of theirs.

I thought I was supporting a small company. There is no indication that it is not in the UK. Had I known I would not have used them. None of us can afford to throw money away on delivery but to be swindled like this, at such an awful time, is disgusting.

Determined to get my delivery charges back from these people. They’re scammers.

I ordered the glass cube with photo of my deceased son on it and I have to say it’s beautifully made. When you turn the top knob it light up beautifully. I have ordered 2 oblong ones from a different company and there’s no comparison. Photo Moon Lamp cube keychain is awesome. I did have to dispute this with PayPal but once I contacted the seller I immediately was answered by their customer service who said they would investigate. They got back with me and assured me it would be coming and in a week I received my picture keychain.

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews even when I have a bad experience, but for this company I HAD to. I really don't even know where to begin... The 4/5 star reviews can NOT be real. This company was the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their website is almost fraudulently misleading and you will get alerts from your bank that you made an overseas transaction and the charge on your card will be from another domain that DOES NOT exist. After emailing the horrible customer rep, I just grew more angry as they do not address your question-- they just repeat themselves on some nonsense... After I asked several questions their response was always "Here is your order information and tracking." I disputed with Chase and complained more than once about their nonsense. After hearing nothing from this company for some time, I got an email saying that my item was shipped (even though I disputed it and was clearly upset with them) They miraculously started replying faster once they finally found out that Chase had disputed their charge and blocked them. They had different reps reach out to me on different email threads that did nothing but annoy me to the point where I called Chase AGAIN to see if I could get the dispute expedited. After hearing my experience, Chase recommended that I no longer reply to this BS "company." If any of this gets flagged I have PROOF. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFETIME.

I got the Kodak key chain and I love the product! The pictures are slightly transparent almost like those negative film strips. It’s the holidays so my order took a little longer than the estimated date of arrival but costumer service was great and quick to answer and were very helpful!

Terrible product looks nothing like the examples on there site and when you get in touch with them they tell you not every photo had an exact likness. My product was that poor you couldn't even tell who the photo was. Don't go anywhere near them for moon lamps

Have ordered the moon lamp twice now with picture included and a message.
Both times items arrived as promised and was more than happy with what I received.
Frank was very helpful.
I would recommend this product.

Been waiting for my order since the 31st October, still hasn't arrived. Sent numerous emails to Frank, had emails back, but still not product. Couldn't tell me where it was, or how long to get here.... WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING

Ordered a Kodak reel, website and everything is good and professional. Ordered it well advance and it says 8-15 days......it’s been a month and they are yet to even ship it and customer service can’t inform me of when it will arrive.....offered me £2 partial refund! Avoid at all costs.

I haven’t received my order yet as I just placed the order a few days ago, but I have had some questions regarding my order & Frank from customer service has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I am looking forward to receiving my order & I will post an updated review when I do!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
I placed an order for a keychain in the beginning of September and still have not received it or any tracking updates on it. I have been going back and fourth with customer service and they refuse to refund me to compensate for this issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company clearly a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.
