Had a perfect experience with Platinum…
Had a perfect experience with Platinum Valet, using them whilst we were away for a week.
Rang them en route to the airport and they met us at the car park location.
We were delayed by two hours on our return due to a diverted flight, and Harry rang to check we were okay and had the car waiting when we came out of the airport.
A seemelss experience, definitely recommend this company.
Harry was very professional and friendly throughout.

I’m very satisfied with the service. They sent me the exact location and were always in touch. When I arrived, they collected my car immediately — everything was quick, clear, and well-organized. The pickup was just as smooth. Everyone was polite and friendly.

A great all-round experience …
First time we have used valet parking at Birmingham and would use this company again. Easy instructions, clear on the phone and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great experience
Great experience! Drop off very smooth and quick, then car waiting for us on arrival back. Saw lots of other people waiting around from other companies, but Harry was there to greet us and hand back the keys. Excellent service! Also a shout out to Fyzz who took good care driving our car and getting it back for us. We’ll definitely be using them again!!

So easy and straight forward, all we had to do was call ahead to let them know our arrival estimation. We were greeted with a quick and easy transition. Highly recommended for your holiday parking.

Helpful on the phone, super easy parking right near departures.
Steve collected our car from us before the holiday and met us on our arrival back in the UK.

Extremely Professional Service
We were met by Harry, who was very friendly, & helped us with our luggage.
He was extremely professional, checked that there was no damage to the car, asked for the mileage & how full the petrol tank was, which he added to the paperwork.
On return, I called him once we had landed, and by the time we had got through customs & walked over to the meeting area, he came back with my car.
All in all, extremely good service, and I will definitely use them again.

The best there is
Fantastic experience- efficient, courteous and offered additional services like cleaning and charging. They checked the car thoroughly and noted charge before driving off. Also requested us to check the car after and asked for my passport ID to ensure i’m the owner. That demonstrates their vigilance.
I’m a serial user of Meet and Greet - Platinum valet is the best i’ve used. Very highly recommended.

Excellent service from the team. We called around 30 minutes before arrival, had to wait around 5 minutes which wasn't an issue. We scanned my car together, both noted down mileage etc. and that was it. Then a 2 minute walk to departures. On return, called as soon as we landed and they said they'd be there waiting for us, and they were. Both checked over my car/mileage (they insisted), all was in order. They also advised my battery was flat and they'd had to jump start to get it back to me.

Great service from start to finish.
We phoned to give them a ETA at the airport and a lovely man was waiting to collect the car on our arrival.
Asked a few questions then handed the keys over.
Upon our return, when we landed, I called them and again, they were waiting for us.
Car looked great as the price included a free car wash.
He packed our cases in the boot for us and off we went.
Lovely friendly lads. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent M&G parking at BHX
I was a little apprehensive about booking with a new company but I have to say they were very impressive. The level of customer service is so good, nothing is too much trouble they are extremely efficient and they cleaned the car while I was away.
Big shout out to Harry, I will definitely be back.
